Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Absolutely love this place! Depot Bay, Lincoln City close by. it was a quiet neighborhood and very relaxing! Jim and Rachel responded quickly to any questions I had. Can't recommend it enough! Would definately book again!

Since my wife passed in 2023 from Cancer, my Daughter and I have doing Holidays different. She found this House , read everything about it and told me this was where she wanted to stay for the night. Excellent choice as very clean very private and relaxing with an awesome view. We will be staying here again :) ( the only issue I had was the 30 minutes it took for me to figure out the Ninja coffee maker, but after I googled it, all was good) thanks so much for you beautiful hospitality and the use of your house.

Such a perfect and peaceful retreat on the Oregon coast! Northon was incredibly proactive, sending us a ton of local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and things to do. We loved our time here!

Nice clean apartment, with the beach just a two minute walk away. Dave and Rochelle were clear and helpful with all the information. Enjoyed the stay !

Cliff’s place was a wonderful stay! Right on the beach, private and quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the river in the backyard. Green, quiet, beautiful. Unique place that has all you need. Beautiful break we needed from “real life”.

the Chalet was absolutely incredible! the Dude's Abode is in the perfect location compared to the other chalets in the group, as it's at the end of the parking lot & directly facing the ocean. the host provided a huge packet of recommendations in the surrounding towns, and had everything you could ever need inside the unit! this was the perfect spot for myself & my best friend to reunite and have quality time, and the direct access to the beach was everything. can't wait to come back!!

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and the house is super comfortable. The view is incredible. We saw lots of coastal wildlife just a few steps out the door.

The River house is a great place to unplug from the busyness of life and reconnect with nature. I will be making reservations to stay again in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience at Avery Cove! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was exactly as described—super clean, cozy beds, and well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The host David was welcoming and responsive to any questions I had and allowed us to check in a bit early which we really appreciated. There was 5 of us and a toddler and we had plenty of room. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks David!

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was super comfy and relaxing. Cute front porch to sit and enjoy the morning and evenings. Loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Super close to great beaches and a short drive to Depoe Bay for whale watching! Would stay here again in the future :)

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.
