Vacation rentals with a patio in Nérac

Anne-Lie's place is a real little cocoon. Beautiful decoration, neat cleaning, small peaceful garden very well kept. The bed is made on arrival, the heater was on, it was very good when we arrived. We see that Anne-Lie put all her heart into the decoration and organization of her little "cocoon". Nothing is missing, a big thank you to her. We warmly recommend their place. We only had to deal with her by phone, but she's really a very warm person. The little extra, she cared about the smooth running of our stay in the middle of it. We'll be happy to go back. Apartment full of history, great location in the shopping streets of Lectoure, while being perfectly quiet (a long corridor separates it from the street), parking nearby without problem. Very friendly welcome by Demelza who had prepared the apartment for our arrival and explained everything to us. Personally I loved the terrace (which overlooks the small garden below), the large living room, the beautiful decor, the furniture… all in a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time (too short)!

We had a nice stay at this renovated apartment/house, everything was very clean. Large pleasant terrace, comfortable beds, parking next to the house. quiet and friendly village. Thomas was always very responsive to messages and flexible. Small downside however, for the slightly black-out curtains in the 2 bedrooms upstairs

The stay at Jérôme's apartment went very well! It is ideally located in the historic center. A little extra for the loggia which is very nice. I highly recommend it!

What a beautiful place to stay. Calm, tranquil and so beautifully restored and decorated with love. Laurent and Chris were just the loveliest couple, kind and friendly too. We loved the pool, sitting outside listening to the birds all around us and the frogs in the distance as the sun went down. Loved playing table tennis outside. There was everything we needed in the Maison Douce, it was incredibly comfortable! We will be back!

A real cozy little nest, everything was perfect, a very nice kitchen and comfortable living room, two spacious bedrooms with a spacious shower room and the plus a garden with table and armchairs to have an aperitif. There was no noise day or night, it is very well located and most importantly a very large parking lot just in front of the house We were really charmed by this charming house and we will definitely come back Thanks to Clemence and I recommend this gem to anyone looking for a very quiet and pleasant place Thank you Clemence and all the best ❤️❤️❤️

There aren’t enough stars for this property and our host Valerie. Perfect base for a few days commute to and from Nogaro race track. Plenty of local amenities on the way. Beautiful rolling lush countryside. Incredible comfortable, cosy home to come back to every evening. Valerie made our stay unforgettable and we dearly hope to return some time. Thank-you.

We had a pleasant stay in Pierre's accommodation. Tastefully arranged accommodation, good bedding. Very close to the city center of Lectoure, where we were walking in a 5-minute walk. Very nice city of Lectoure as well as the surroundings. We recommend this listing and place without any hassle. A property to remember....

Loved our stay at Roland's The house was super bright beautiful with very beautiful rooms and everything available The pool for athletes and a beautiful home to play together. The house was arranged by Roland with the whole family in mind. We'll be happy to go back, especially since Roland is a thoughtful, responsive host who is very smiling.

Excellent stay in this quiet haven of peace. The view is beautiful, the amenities for children are very appreciated (baby bed, trampoline and toys). The living room is spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Other amenities also appreciated: ping pong table, bicycles, barbecue, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant accommodation and suitable for our tribe of 8 adults and 3 children, including a baby. The bedding is of good quality, everything was clean. Instructions for check-in and use of the accommodation were very clear. We will be happy to return, perhaps to visit the cellar ;-)

We had a great holiday as a couple. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks and a nice introductory babble. We got lots of tips on fun sights and pleasant day and night markets. The accommodation was equipped with everything needed. The wide choice of terraces, the steam oven and the heated swimming pool are great assets. Furthermore, there was smooth communication with the owners and were always ready for us where needed. In short, we had a great, relaxing and restful holiday!

Comfortable and convenient accommodation, close to the horse pole in a quiet residence. Hygiene is nevertheless to be reviewed, the presence of dirt and hair and there was a strong stale smell.

Apartment faithful to the description, do not provide large groceries for your arrival , the apartment has a mini fridge, but there are several supermarkets nearby. The location of this one is quiet with views of the golf course and pleasant atmosphere at the swimming pool ( unheated) .

Very nice accommodation in a peaceful residence. Nice pool. Nérac is a very friendly city.

We spent 3 months in this home and Pierre-Alexandre was a lovely host. He responds quickly to questions and is accommodating. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. It is located in a very quiet residence by the Canal d 'Agen, ideal for strolling and taking out your dog. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend on Agen in good conditions:)
