This renovated 70s building has a private pool and enclosed garden for optimal comfort in complete independence. Close to a departmental road, the house is located in a suburban subdivision at the exit of Nérac, easy to access and close to all amenities (2 min walk). It's the perfect base from which to visit the South West!

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
