We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

We came to Elio’s place as a party of 6 to celebrate a bachelorette trip. It was the perfect location to have an aesthetic slumber party vibe and still have lots to do in terms of going out in Jersey city or NYC. I felt that the place was incredible on its own and it being affordable was the cherry on top. We had a lovely time celebrating the bachelorette and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Checking in and out was very easy and stress free. Parking was also not a problem.

The place was excellent: Close to the center of Princeton, it was in a nice neighborhood. It would be a bit small for two people but I really enjoyed the newly done bathroom. Best shower on my entire trip!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

If you’re seeking artistic inspiration, look no further. Hopewell is a wonderful little historic town with a lot to see; my only regret was that I didn’t bring my professional camera. At night, close the blinds, sink into the wonderful bed, and wake up feeling positively rejuvenated. Thank you, Susan!

Such a cute place to stay in! As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and cozy! I had an issue with the hot water and within minutes , James took care of it. I loved my experience and would love to stay there again ! Thank you so much !!!

What a jewel. Staying in Hoboken at this AirBnB was an absolute highlight of our trip to NYC. Everything you could need within walking distance as you will pass convince stores, food and drinks on the way to and from the train station. Stay here and enjoy the home as it was cozy with all the amenities you need or visit the surrounding area in Hoboken, all within a short walk. We had 3 couples total on this trip and each had their own bedroom and respective bathroom, which was super helpful for all to get ready to hit the town. Highly recommend this home!!!

The accommodation was perfect for us! Two rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. You can get anywhere by public transport! Communication with Jen was great! Overall, we felt very comfortable at the place and would come back again and again. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of four which included my husband and I, our 6-year old, and an infant. Freda's home fit the bill! It was wonderfully located - near so many wonderful restaurants, stores, and parks. It was absolutely spotless! Freda was incredibly responsive with every question I had. Her instructions were clear and thorough and there were notes around the home explaining everything we needed to know. I would stay at her home again if we came to visit the area in the future.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!
