Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Neptune Township

Beautiful home, amply equipped. Lovely, large back yard perfect for outdoor together time in warmer weather. This was the perfect home base for our family & only a 2 minute drive from my son's place! Spacious & cozily comfortable at the same time. We had no water for about a day, but that was the whole block. Nothing anyone could do about that, except for the city, who worked to get that service restored. So fun to see the host's own original artwork decorating walls here & there!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This charming house was beautiful with gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen. Nice to have a first floor bedroom too. It is situated on a corner across from a school so during school hours the road noise was busy. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with folks who need a quiet setting. Otherwise it was perfect! Great beds, comfy living room and beautifully decorated with historic elements. Loved my time here!

wow, i feel so lucky to have found kitty’s place down the shore ◡̈ this was my last stop on my cross country road trip and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to show off new jersey. love the vibes inside the home, feels so cozy and exciting at the same time and the location is so close to the beach! would definitely stay again in the future!

Stayed over part of the holidays. Cute bungalow with festive outdoor lighting! Convenient location for us visiting NJ family in the area. Very clean house. Affordable price for an entire house. Urvashi the host was very helpful! When we needed help connecting the Roku TV she called and walked us through the steps.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

We were in town for a couple days around Thanksgiving, celebrating with family nearby. Anne’s place was just the right size and in a great location. While it was too cold this time of year, it would be an easy walk to the beach in the summer. Everything was neat and clean and Anne left a few nice things for us to enjoy!

My parents recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was perfect for us—just a few blocks from where I live. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and full of character. They felt completely at home from the moment they arrived. It was easy to access, and the Linsey was incredibly kind and responsive. The apartment was well-equipped, especially for making breakfast, which they really appreciated. My 5-year-old son even got to spend a night with them, and he loved it too! The views of the city skyline and the surrounding neighborhood townhouses added a really lovely touch. Highly recommend!

The ideal place to stay when you don’t want to be in the bustle of Manhattan. A quiet nice place with friendly hosts. It was the second time we stayed here and not the last, health permitting.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

I had an amazing stay at Jennifer’s home. It’s cozy, clean, and has everything you’ll need during your trip. I would 100% stay again!

Very good host, very easy and pleasant experience

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

We loved staying here for our New York trip! Very easy to access the city, very lovely place with everything we could need (better than some hotels I’ve stayed at in manhattan). I would recommend this to any group of people looking for a great value for a great property.

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.
