The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

Welcome to our 130-year-old half-timbered house at the foot of the Wartburg! Once used as a smithy, it now offers a family-friendly vacation rental with a full range of amenities. It is centrally located in Eisenach, with short distances to the city center, shopping options, tourist attractions, and the unique natural beauty of the Thuringian Forest! Our children's room is located directly above the vacation rental. We do our best, but some noise may still be audible.

A getaway – “La Casita” garden house in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.

In the middle of the city and yet quiet. That probably best describes our great big apartment. This can be found in the Wartburg city of Eisenach. All famous sights, such as Wartburg (Unesco World Heritage Site), Bach and Luther House, City Palace, Fraternity Monument, Dragon Gorge and the Automobile Museum are within walking distance. In the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine and dryer. The couch in the combined living room/bedroom offers a sleeping accommodation for two children (up to 8 years free of charge). A bicycle garage is available for bicycles.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
