A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. In addition, there is a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.

You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. I am renting out an apartment in a historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. Close to the A4, yet quiet area. In addition to the room with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds on request), there is a small bathroom and a small kitchen. The upper story is unoccupied and is currently still under construction.
