Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Negombo

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Santhush is a really a very responsive and caring host. He got in touch with us even before our trip started. When we reached Reagan was there waiting to receive us at the gate and then he helped us with the check-in. This really felt like home. Through out our stay Reagan and Santhush were always present and helped us in every way possible. The rooms are exactly as described. The house has been maintained very neatly. I highly recommend.

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

It's a lovely, very private and clean place. Lots of art around and an art atmosphere. Many artists also come to absorb knowledge and help. An excellent place for a long stay, especially for those involved in art.

I stayed here for a month while on a business trip, and the location was super convenient—just a short walk from my office. The neighborhood has everything you need: supermarkets like Spar and Keels are nearby, and it’s also close to malls, parks, and the beach. The building has great facilities like a pool and gym, and the neighbors are really friendly—some even gave me tips on workouts. The apartment itself is well-equipped. I especially loved the washer-dryer combo—no need to hang clothes out to dry. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook Chinese food, which was a big plus. The two bedrooms are perfect for two couples, and the 70-inch TV made watching Till the End of the Moon a real treat. The host was great—there were a couple of minor issues with the door lock and internet, but they responded quickly and got things fixed. Overall, a very comfortable and easy stay. Hope come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

The property is conveniently located just few steps from Nawala Road. Lots of dining options around . The decent size air conditioned bed room and two toilets , can park a car . Kitchen is fully equipped. Large roof top space suitable for bbq or party. Over all good place .

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

Dit is een geweldige plek om te slapen wanneer je kort bij de luchthaven wilt zijn. Een fantastisch ruime en schone villa met 5 slaapplekken waar zelfs onze chauffeur kon overnachten. En dat voor zo’n lage prijs. Echt een aanrader

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. A perfect place to stay with an ocean view, full kitchen, and large great room. The building staff was friendly and kept the building secure. Heshan was easy to contact.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
