Vacation rentals with a pool in Negombo

Stayed for one night after landing in negombo, was just what was needed for a one night stop but also it was a huge villa that would be great to stay at longer for a large group, very cheap for the size

Willkommen im Paradies. Alles war perfekt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt . Mit das Beste an der Unterkunft war Jagath , der jederzeit da war wenn man ihn brauchte. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Ein Highlight war die Tour durch den Garten wo alles mögliche wächst, von Zimt,Mangos , Sternfrucht und anderen exotischen Früchten. Der Pool und die ganze Einrichtung war sehr modern und luxuriös. Die Unterkunft war das Beste am ganzen Urlaub.

Upul , Diane and Sumeda could not have been nicer . We really enjoyed meeting them and they were very kind to us. We ll be back.

I enjoyed staying in Colombo at Nimmi's place. The house is big and spacious, but what makes it truly special is a caregiver Lalith who lives in a separate apartment and takes full care of house and the guests. Lalith is kind, amazing cook and ready to help you anytime with any request you might have. I had incredible time staying there and definitely can recommend this place to stay at Colombo

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

I had a wonderful stay at Deshal’s Airbnb in Colombo. The apartment is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city, with shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby. The space itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Deshal was an excellent host—he was very communicative, always quick to respond, and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. The building is secure, and the facilities, including pool and gym, added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Colombo. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Great views of the ocean and it’s a nice cozy apartment with decent amenities! The host Susan, is always responsive.

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

The Best beach views, rooms/living are with balgany. very clean apartment. this is a new condo. very safety area and peaceful. car park available. I highly recommend to stay. I and wife enjoyed lovely stay. Thank you Sathii.

A perfect place to stay with an ocean view, full kitchen, and large great room. The building staff was friendly and kept the building secure. Heshan was easy to contact.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Hosts were fantastic, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
