Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Negombo

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. Отдыхали на вилле с 2 апреля по 15 апреля 2018 года. Вилла в хорошем состоянии, состоит из главного дома и отдельно гостевого домика. В главном доме 3 спальни, одна с выходом к бассейну, две другие обычные комнатки не прям большие, гостиная большая и большая кухня, гостевой домик отличный с выходом к бассейну, во всех комнатах есть душ и туалет, белье чистое меняли регулярно!Вилла находится в 20 минут от аэропорта. Встретили очень хорошо (разные фрукты и полный холодильник пива). На Вилле есть все ! Большая кухня, блендор, столовые приборы, кастрюли, сковородки, стиральная машинка, газовая и электрическая плита, фен, утюг, гладильная доска и т.д. С Виллы до пляжа примерно 15 минут на тук-туке, до мини маркета пешком минут 10, тихий райончик не любят когда шумят после 12 ночи )))).Бассейн просто супер большой, но не глубокий 1.5 метра, 6 лежаков. Смотритель дома Хемапала (для нас был БАТЕЙ )))) помогал и решал любые вопросы которые возникали ( хотя и не говорит по английский, но все равно все понимал ))) Вообщем все понравилось вилла стоит своих денег. The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Meththa’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Meththa was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my visit. I truly felt at home and appreciated the attention to detail that made my stay special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Only stayed a couple hours after our flight but it was perfect!

Ich habe eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, da ich am nächsten Tag früh zum Flughafen musste. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Ich habe mich bzgl einem Transfer erkundigt und mir wurde für einen kleinen Beitrag angeboten in der Früh zum Flughafen gebracht zu werden. Das habe ich dankend angenommen und wir sind pünktlich in der Früh losgefahren. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, für alle die entweder gerade ankommen oder abfliegen, da die Unterkunft sehr nahe zum Flughafen liegt.
