Beautiful 2 bedroom house, metres away from the ocean, the beaches and the golf course of Quequen. Large backyard where children can play, terrace where to enjoy a family and friends barbecue, and a small rooftop where to enjoy sunset drinks and the ocean view. In the main level there is the dining-living room, with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom. In the second level there is the main room with a king sized bed, a large second room with two singles beds, and the main bathroom.

Located in a unique forest, with + 30 years old, very low occupancy factors were determined to protect the scale and rural setting of the place. You have access to the use of two tennis courts, soccer field, pool with solarium and SUM garden and changing rooms. Just 100 meters from the entrance you have access to the beach and it overlooks the "Necochea Golf Club"

The exterior of the house features a combination of red brick and wood, showcasing large wooden doors and windows. Lush greenery surrounds the entrance, with flowering plants adding color to the landscape. Air conditioning units are visible on the second floor.

Garden with grill in the gallery. Upstairs, two rooms with A/C and bathroom. First bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds. Second room with double bed and one single. It does not include linens. Air conditioning also in the living room. 1000 meters from the beach.

It is close to restaurants and bars, there is a supermarket for shopping ,a square,ice cream parlors and bakeries. And 4 km from downtown Necochea. The beach is quiet,very sought after by surfers. Ideal for enjoying walks and bike rides.

Our stay at the house was excellent! Eugenia and Juan are great hosts! Super friendly, attentive, gave us plenty of tips. The house is beautiful. Very well located, very close to the new center and Miguel Lillo park. Everything was very clean and tidy and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful few days. Thank you very much Gerardo and Paulina, they were excellent hosts, always attentive to needs, so that nothing is missing. The house is in a very quiet area, you can breathe a lot of peace. Ideal for disconnecting and recharging batteries, we will not hesitate to return in the future!! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!!

Iris and Charlie welcomed us in the best way and helped us with everything we needed, always willing to make our stay easier. The room is located about 6 km from Quequen and a couple more to Necochea. If you are driving it is better, but there are also bus lines to get around the coast. In any case, Costa Bonita is a magical place and stayed in time, there is not too much activity to do during the day or night (that's what the beaches mentioned above are for), but it is a good option for those who like to rest in a very quiet place. In short, we highly recommend staying at Iris's, we would definitely do it again
