Great house with a pool

The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Romina is a genius, she let us know when the apartment was ready to enter a little before check-in time. She gave us recommendations for things to do. She gave me a huge hand in surprising my partner with some flowers that she received and left in the apartment for when we arrived. (She even offered to get them for me, a genius). Always asking if we needed anything. Check-out was very flexible as we were lucky that no one was checking in that day. Very attentive. We love Quequén. So when we come back, we'll know where to stay.

The apartment is very nice, neat, comfortable and spacious. We had a very nice vacation and had a very nice attention from the hosts, very friendly and always helpful. The complex is in excellent condition, the pool very clean and neat. We would definitely come back.

Very good attention and speed from Sergio and Mariela. Friendliness and trust make the difference. The cubic house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything a flia needs: cleaning, air conditioning- heating, wifi and household items that are very useful for everyday life. It has a very nice aesthetic and a very comfortable swimming pool in addition to the view. A great and recommended experience.

The apartment is very nice. She has stylish details and her host was attentive the whole time. It has a full kitchen and dinnerware, a spacious and super clean bathroom. Bedroom with comfortable bed and living room with smart TV. It is super bright, easy to get to and 3 blocks from the beach, 4 from the supermarket and overlooks the lighthouse. It also has a pool and grills and a space to leave the car. An ideal place to relax and unwind for a few days. Thanks Lucas for your hospitality thanks to you

We had a very happy and beautiful carnival weekend. We arrived a little late for check-in since we had a lot of traffic and they welcomed us without any problems. The house is very nice, just as shown in the photos, and its surroundings as well. Impeccable pool and very well maintained lawn. Orange, lemon, and grape trees! Very grateful to Agustin and Anahi

An excellent stay. The apartment is spotless and close to everything. I really liked the shared facilities, especially the pool . Germán a super attentive host, always responding quickly to everything. Super recommended. If I go back to Necochea I would stay there again.

The stay was great and very well equipped. There were 4 of us and we were more than comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the grill and a tranquility that was left to be enjoyed. At night you can hear the sea. Beautiful.

The dining area features a rectangular wooden table surrounded by six chairs, each with soft cushions. A navy blue sofa is positioned against the wall, complemented by a small television on a light wooden cabinet. Soft lighting is provided by pendant fixtures overhead.

Super cute, quiet, family atmosphere, and comfortable, as both the beach and businesses are located a few blocks from the condominium. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful to our needs.
