Our stay at Lucila's house was unforgettable. The house, the views, the quality and warmth of its setting were perfect. Everything was spotless and well-furnished. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great experience in our history with AIRBNB and I reiterate, the views from the house are stunning, the vastness of the sea made our stay unforgettable.

The place is located in a very quiet area, just a few blocks from the beach, and close to very nice places to dine. The house is very spacious, comfortable and ideal for both long and short stays. Emilia and Ayrton are attentive to everything and they are very nice. I highly recommend this place and its hosts!!!

A well-lit hallway features two wooden chairs with floral upholstery and a small table beside a decorative lamp. Built-in wooden shelves hold books and decorative items, while a bright yellow door leads to another room. The floor is polished, reflecting natural light.

The house having different spaces and two bathrooms was very comfortable for us. In terms of it, the details stood out, the beauty in the combination of the old and modern, the cleanliness and the services that were very useful for our stay. We also enjoyed a beautiful hot night in the patio making a barbecue on its grill (the grill is gas). It is approximately 10/15 min from the Sea, it is practically in the center, close to the municipality and there are many shops in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Manuel and Maria del Mar are very helpful at all times. We would choose it again. Thank you!

From the beginning we had a quick answer, it was necessary because we were shuffling several possible destinations. The price in relation to what it offers is very good. We loved the place because it is far from downtown, in an area of houses with a park or garden, near a very nice and quiet long forest of trees bordering the medanos that precede the beach. No car is half uncomfortable because there are few warehouses and you need to get to downtown. We loved it. Everything needed was in the room, the only thing about the water to shower that ran out fast and we showered several times with cold water. Hyper comfortable, complete, simple, warm. Gustavo, who received us, was very cheerful, attentive and simple. Thank you! Hiper recommended!

Very good attention and speed from Sergio and Mariela. Friendliness and trust make the difference. The cubic house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything a flia needs: cleaning, air conditioning- heating, wifi and household items that are very useful for everyday life. It has a very nice aesthetic and a very comfortable swimming pool in addition to the view. A great and recommended experience.

Great house with a pool

The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!
