Located on the ground floor (easy acces), the appartement is composed by a full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with a confortable and qualitative new sofa bed, a dining area, a separated room with quality bedding (150 cm), a bathroom with washer and dryer machine, many closets.

Bright accommodation and a great location. The studio located on the 5th floor (no elevator) consists of a spacious living space with a sofa bed; an equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom. The studio is ideally located in the center of Paris (7th / 15th). It is a 10min walk to Les Invalides and a 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also served by line 6; 10; 12; 13. I live in this studio; part of the dressing room will be closed during the rental. Enjoy your stay!
