Situated in a charming Haussmann-style neighborhood, it is just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. It is well-connected with 3 subway lines (6, 10, and 12), allowing easy access to explore all of Paris. NB: it is located on the sixth floor without an elevator. However, the tranquility and the clear views you'll experience make it well worth the ascent.

Bright and perfectly located accommodation. The studio located on the 5th floor (no elevator) consists of a spacious living area with a sofa bed; an equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom. The studio is ideally located in the center of Paris (7th/15th). It is a 10-minute walk to Les Invalides and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also served by lines 6, 10, 12, and 13. I live in this studio; part of the dressing room will be closed during the rental. Enjoy your stay!
