For sleeping, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a bed and a dressing room (which will be empty to make room for your belongings). The property can accommodate up to 3 guests: two people in the bedroom and one on the sofa in the living room.

It is 42 square meters and has a balcony. The apartment is new and decorated with style and quality furniture. There is a separate bedroom (with high quality mattress), kitchen, living room and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped and fully usable during the stay. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it's a lively, inhabited place.

The reward is inside :) Elegant and industrial in style, our apartment is nestled at the top of a building with typical Parisian architecture, Haussmann, opposite the Eiffel Tower. Inhabited part of the week by its owners, it is not an apartment-hotel as you often find: there is life, a soul, clothes in the cupboards and something to cook a good little dish when you arrive :)
