Vacation rentals with breakfast in Necker, Paris

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing to complain about

It was such a pleasure staying at Sarah’s place in the 16th. We loved being part of a residential neighborhood. Bakery and bar/restaurant right around the corner! The apartment itself was very well decorated. Very French and very spacious which is not that French. Highly Recommend staying here. Sarah is a delight to work with and responded promptly. Truly an exemplary experience!

Fantastic stay! The host was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and offered a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, with everything in Montmartre just a short walk away.

The apartment was very central. You were in about 10 minutes walking to the Louvre. Metro was just a few minutes from the apartment.

Floraine's apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, and even included some snacks, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood was vibrant, energetic, and fantastic—lots of great restaurants nearby, an easy walk to the Canal and to the Metro. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Bernadette’s place! In particular, the location is top notch for those that want to be close to the Eiffel Tower, but still in a quiet area. Great restaurants, a grocery store, and a close RER train stop made it so easy to access from the airport.

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. We loved staying here! The Latin Quarter is an amazing location with tons of food and right next to Notre Dame. The place was comfortable, and where it was me and my teenage daughter, we didn’t mind the stairs to go down to the kitchen and bathroom. It was amazing to have air conditioning. It was HOT in Paris when we were there and it felt so good to come home to a cool apartment every day. Communication with Alain was great! I would totally stay here again!

Francois is an excellent host and his place is just as wonderful. The bed was comfortable, bathroom updated, and basic kitchen necessities are all there. It’s such a pleasant blend of living in the history of a old Paris building but fitted with modern updates and tech. He also uses the latest technology for locks & lighting, which are appreciated. As tourists, we also valued the short walk (less then 2 minutes) to the nearest Metro! We’d stay here again!

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops nearby. I would recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station and on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so if you faint after traveling, you can sleep without waking up in the middle. The breakfast provided by Morgan was great, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this super nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport. Delicious breakfasts. We recommend this place to all who want to visit Paris and live with a couple of exceptional people.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! France's hosting was very warm and the instructions given were clear. Hosts were both discreet and responsive. The pool and hot tub are impeccable and pleasant, perfect for relaxing. The included homemade breakfast was delicious and a real plus. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a cozy space where you immediately feel good. A big thank you to France and Bruno for this beautiful break, we'll be back with pleasure!
