Listing as described. Very cute and convenient little space (superb decoration, lots of taste). Great neighborhood with buses and restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Just a small detail, a small dog also lives in the building and barks regularly, but you get used to it. And the terrace opposite is home to many cats. Eleni is a considerate host who cares about the well-being of its occupants. We sincerely thank her for accepting our reservation request. This allowed us to discover Athens, for an intense week, and to return every day to this quiet apartment. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you so much.

We had a comfortable stay as a family at Despina’s apartment. Despina is very friendly, responsive and ready to assist for a nice stay. The building is family friendly and the people stay in it, family oriented. There is an amazing restaurant next to the apartment and a nice playground. The tram station is right at the front. Beach is a few stops with the tram, downtown as well. I definitely recommend Despina’s place. Thank you Despina we will definitely be back!

I had booked the apartment for a couple of friends, as a gift. They were totally satisfied and happy about Dionysis' feedback, the position of the apartment, and the warm welcome they received, including wine, biscuits of every sort, chocolate, fresh fruit and even two Easter candles! Excellent!

I booked this lovely quiet ground floor apartment for my parents which is located in the centre of Nea Smyrni. They had a wonderful stay, it was very accessible (only a few steps to get in to the appartment) and had everything they needed. It is very well-located, due to it being in very close proximity of cafes, restaurants, cloth shops, drug stores, supermarkets. Also, the transportation make it ideal for anyone wanting to stay close but not in the center of Athens. The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. It had all the necessary equipment, kitchenware and towels. Only caution when showering because the floor can get wet and slippery. I highly recommend it to anyone for any age that wants to visit Athens.
