Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος , το «ξύλο» κυριαρχούσε στον χώρο κάτι το οποίο προσωπικά μου άρεσε, είναι κάτι που λείπει από μια αστική περιοχή οπότε το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει ! Μου άρεσε επίσης το γεγονός ότι η πολυκατοικία μύριζε καθαριότητα και ο τρόπος που ήταν διακοσμημένη ! Θα επέλεγα σίγουρα να μείνω ξανά !

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Wonderful cabin in beautiful and scenic location. The view from the cabin was particularly nice. Ioannis met us at a central area in town and we followed him by car to the cabin as it is located pretty deep into side roads. There was hot water and all necessary amenities while being pretty compact. There are a number of cats that hang out around the cabin which are a pleasure to play with. There was an additional charge described as a post-booking tax amounting to 8€/day which I was asked to pay in cash in addition to what I paid on Airbnb. The host did mention this before the stay and offered a refund if I did not like this, though it seemed atypical to me having used Airbnb for a long time. Anyway overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Value for money διαμονή. Πολλά κεράσματα από την οικοδέσποινα προς τιμήν της. Πολύ βοηθητική ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση της σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Αν κάτι βρίσκω προς βελτίωση είναι η είσοδος του σπιτιού που γίνεται από μπαλκονόπορτα

Πολυ ωραίο,νέο, και πεντακάθαρο το σπίτι του Yannis στην πλατεία του Βελβεντού. Ηταν εξαιρετική η διαμονή, οταν ξαναπάω σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Ο ατμοσφαιρικός φωτισμός δημιουργεί μια ευχάριστη αίσθηση, αν και θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχει λίγο πιο έντονος φωτισμός στο σαλόνι, ειδικά για όσους θέλουν να μαγειρέψουν. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ασφαλής, ενώ σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα. Αν θα μπορούσα να προτείνω κάτι, θα ήταν η προσθήκη παντοφλών μιας χρήσης στο διαμέρισμα για μεγαλύτερη άνεση. Η επικοινωνία με την Εκατερίνα ήταν άψογη και το self check-in μας διευκόλυνε πολύ στην άφιξή μας. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά!

The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Response time is excellent. Oranges are in season and we were welcomed with many delicious ones as well as breakfast treats.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

επιλέξαμε τον συγκεκριμένο χώρο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει την οικογένεια μας λόγω του γάμου μας, και χρειαζόμασταν έναν χώρο για διαμονή 6 ατόμων. ειλικρινά, δεν μπορούμε να βρούμε ούτε ένα ελάχιστο αρνητικό σχόλιο να πούμε. μόνο θετικά. Ο χώρος αρκετά μεγάλος και άνετος με μεγάλο σαλόνι ικανό να υποδεχθεί αρκετά άτομα, με μεγάλο καναπε κ πολυθρόνες αλλά κ τραπέζι με καρέκλες σε έναν ενιαίο ανοιχτό χώρο. Η κουζίνα είχε όλες τις παροχές, φούρνο, ψυγείο, εξοπλισμό (όλα καινουργια) κ τραπέζι κ μπαλκονι για να απλώνουμε ρούχα. τα δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά με πολύ άνετα στρώματα τα κρεβάτια τους.2 μπάνια που ειδικά το ένα ήταν άνετα για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο. υπήρχε τόσο πλυντήριο όσο κ στεγνωτηριο. μεγάλο μπαλκόνι από την πλευρά του σαλονιού με υπέροχο φωτισμό. η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς ήταν κέντρο κ σε 2 λεπτά ήσουν δίπλα σε όλα. μόνο μπράβο στην κα Μαρία και τον Γιώργο για την ζέστη τους υποδοχή κ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. άρτια επικοινωνία οπότε χρειαστηκαμε το οτιδήποτε. άξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε!

Υπέροχος χώρος, καλαίσθητος, σχεδιασμένος με εξαιρετική επιμέλεια έως την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άψογα διαρρυθμισμένοι χώροι, υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα με εναλλαγή στους φωτισμούς για κάθε γούστο και περίσταση. Η καθαριότητα στο έπακρο σε όλους τους χώρους ' τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μοσχομύριζαν μαλακτικό. Εξαιρετικά ήσυχη γειτονιά στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Τέλος, η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενέστατη και ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα σε ο τι της ζητήθηκε. Κορυφαία επιλογή για Λάρισα, συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Oasis of the Sea in Neoi Epivates! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der fantastischen Aussicht – jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. An einem Morgen konnten wir sogar Delphine beobachten. Der Empfang war herzlich und persönlich: Für die Kinder gab es kleine Geschenke, und für uns alle stand ein Willkommensgruß mit Getränken und Knabbereien bereit – eine tolle Geste, die direkt für Urlaubsstimmung sorgte. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch die, soweit es möglich war, auf unsere Flugzeiten angepassten Check-in und Check-out-Zeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht haben. Die Wohnung selbst ließ wirklich nichts vermissen. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und durchdacht ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Oasis of the Sea uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
