Vacation rentals with beach access in Nea Mesangala

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

The place is wonderful. It is located slightly on the edge of the city, but it is not far from the center. The plus is that it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has absolutely everything you need - a stove with hotplates, a microwave, a washing machine and detergents, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The terrace has a view of the sea and has a barbecue. Evaggelia is such an amazing person - smiling, friendly and always available. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the place, it was clean and well organised, the rooms are spacious and terraces are lovely with gorgeous sea view. I truly liked the clean white design of the flat and its closeness to the beach. Thank you, Penelope!

The flat itself is clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the garden space was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent—super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

We had a lovely stay at Ioannis’ apartment, it was very clean and as described in the listing. He was so helpful and very responsive to messages, he sent through some great recommendations and travel tips. The view was stunning and having the beach just a few metres away is so lovely! The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days with 2 children and 2 adults and were all 4 very excited and happy. The apartment was very clean and is really big. The location of the apartment is almost perfect. Opposite is a supermarket and a cafe. It's about a 2-3-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was great, we always had a point of contact. Can recommend the apartment to anyone. TOP in all points.

We had a great stay! Katerina lives with her son in the upper apartment, while the Airbnb apartment is the lower apartment with garden. The two were very friendly, always available and her son speaks very good English and also helped us out a few times. Nevertheless, we had complete privacy. We were there with our 2-year-old son and rental car and for us the location was perfect. Beautifully quiet, great garden with beautiful sea view. You just have to walk across the street and you are already on the beach, which is clean and beautiful! We were there in September and sometimes even had the beach completely to ourselves. The location is also good for hiking near Olympus, or visiting the archaeological sites in Vergina and Dion (all about 40 min drive).

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

It was very easy to find and had the most comfortable beds.

Evi & Anni's house is really beautiful and located right on the sea. The beach right in front of is very suitable for swimming, which we have used extensively. In the walking distance, there is another beach access with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers. The bedrooms are nice and cozy, but very different sized and equipped - we then unloaded who gets which room. The kitchen and bathroom are great, everything is well equipped and you can work well from anywhere or make yourself comfortable for reading. The area is very quiet, the people there are very friendly. We were told that the area used to be quite touristy but since the campsite in the area was closed, there has been less going on for 10 years. The place has fallen a little out of time, which made the stay very quiet and relaxed. There are two shops where you can shop and some restaurants. Everything went well with the buses, too. We can highly recommend the stay.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

We had a fun time at Christos'! The view of Mount Olympus is breathtaking. 🤩The apartment is very comfortable and close to a grocery store, seaside restaurants and Mount Olympus! Our stay was perfect! Thanks Christos!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

In Anastassias flat there is everything available, that you need. Nice terrace for chilling, breakfast and dinner on beautiful days. It's also perfect for families. Kids beach toys available, when going to the beach just on the other side of the street. Restaurants and a supermarket available next door. Free parking right in front of the building.

The stay was nice and in a great location. The place was very clean and everything that was pictured. Would recommend staying here

The apartment was very clean,exactly like the pictures. It has very beautiful view of the sea. Also it has free parking in the yard. Dimitra was very friendly and welcomed us with Greek delicacies!She had many suggestions about the area. We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful apartment and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the beach and really liked the sea. The beach is 5 minutes by walk to the apartment. There is a public part where you can bring your own umbrellas and chairs .There are also restaurants with seabeds and umbrellas as well. Some have spending limits for the umbrellas and some don’t, you just pay what you order. The sea was clean and not so cold. The apartment was clean. AC was enough we did not have any problems. Stavros was very friendly and kind, responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, we had a great experience as a family of 4. However the apartment being on second floor and the little uphill part of the road from the beach to the house can be problems if you have mobility issues, maybe something to keep in mind.
