Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόνο πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια καθώς και το κέντρο του χωριού.
