Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

really nice stay at wonderful house with a perfect host

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

The place was very nice and homey, the nearest beach was a 4 minute walk away, the pool was very nice and large, just a little deep.

We loved Mitzi’s apartment, it was super quiet, clean and close to the beach and the area is very nice, we highly recommend Mitzi’s place if you want to visit La Penita. Guayabitos, Los Ayala, Lo de Marco are real nice beach towns that are nearby and you should visit.

we had a great time. The building is secure with a lock at the front door that's easy to enter by punching in a code. The rooftop pool is amazing. a great place to go and escape and look over all of Mexico. the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. there was a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us. we mainly were walking around and exploring or we rented a car and took in some sites. The place was clean. the air conditioner worked great and we were very close to all the amenities. I would definitely rent again.

The place is very nice and has everything you need to spend a great time near the beach. It has beach chairs that can be used, and he offered us an umbrella. The truth is that I would go again if I go back to La Peñita.

Very good place to stay, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It's private, ideal for resting, and the best thing is that they allow pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the questions that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

The apartment is nice. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

What an amazing stay. Centrally located and walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Christine was very responsive and assisted us with our needs. The flat was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
