I really liked the The location, the area, everything is nearby, pharmacies, OXXO stores, places for breakfast. Ahuq was annoying about the stairs. It was made up for with the fabulous balcony that we got, and it was worth it with such a nice view. All the staff were very nice and very friendly, always attentive and above all very clean. I hope to return soon. I love Vallarta

This puts you at the end of Avenita Mundo tercer which is perfect. You will need to be creative if you want to not eat out at restaurants every day otherwise this is a perfect spot to rest. Enjoy the sounds and vibes of some Pancho at night.

Best place in Sayulita

An excellent place to rest in Santa María del Oro! Very accessible, comfortable, it has everything you need, close to the lagoon, restaurants, perfect bed to rest, everything is very clean and the people are super friendly. We thank you very much and of course we will be back.

Incredible room in the building with the best views of Sayulita! It wasn’t crowded when we stayed there, so we were pretty much able to enjoy the house from the terrace with the pool like it was private . The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to where all the restaurants are in Sayulita. There is some construction near the building that our host informed us about, but it didn’t really affect us. It was only a little noisy during the daytime, but quiet in the mornings and evenings. Totally recommend the place!

Nice, comfortable, quiet area. Lots of local food nearby for dinner, and lots of shops with good hours. Very close to the beach.

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The place is beautiful, also quiet and very attentive to what we needed, the truth is it's very nice to go for a weekend, very nice!!! We'll be back later.

This is a wonderful little hotel in the heart of San Blas. When we went (Feb 2025) it was very clean and quiet. The rooms are very spacious with incredible bathrooms - the best shower I’ve ever seen! The owner is very friendly and was helpful with an early check in for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. It has a private feel and is walkable to everything you’d want to see in San Blas.

The only reason i gave the price a 4 star rating is that i wish there was an option for a one rather than a two-bedroom space as i like to travel alone and a price that reflects this. otherwise the price is comparable and much nicer than other facilities in the community. Nice hot showers would have been nice and if you rely on internet, be prepared that the internet service is not great

Agua de Luna was a delightful place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. Rain shower had great water pressure & seat for those who may need it. Appreciated the filtered water for drinking, refridgerator & freezer, wifi, beverages upon arrival, and lovely outdoor spaces on the roof for swimming and gathering. The beds and linens were comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was conveniently close to many restaurants, a grocery store, shops, and the beach (1/2 mile). We really enjoyed our stay and will be eager to return.

Very nice place, very nice terrace as well as the pool, a few blocks walking from downtown and the beach. Very comfortable and cozy beds. It has indoor parking, which is very practical if you bring a car.

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

This is great hideaway vacation spot to find some peace and beauty. The grounds are clean, the apartment was cute, and the sound of the water at night was so relaxing. The beach is right outside, and the pool was huge! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful. I booked due to the bathtub, and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 I would be back again, and highly recommend. The little escape I needed. Spa services for Akashic records was life changing. Thank you, Forever grateful!

I am a female solo traveler and at times it can be very daunting. I remember my mum called me worried, asking if I felt safe. I told my mum, "I feel like I'm at home". There are parts of traveling that will stay with me forever, and this is one: I had been feeling sick after attending a temezcal ceremony, and Rossy, the House Manager knocked on my door late at night. She apologized profusely for waking me up and said she hadn't seen me all day and was worried. She went and got me water and ensured I was fine. As a woman alone, to know that people can see you and care for you means the world. Thank you so much Rossy. The textured sink, the brightly embellished pillows and a quaint balcony that overlooked the pool and fountains showed me how much love was placed into Susie and Andrea's. I adored the location. I felt safe walking at night and getting midnight tacos oozing with flavour (T'Carbon is phenomenal) and observing the market during the day. I will always stay here if in PVR.

What an amazing place to stay in Sayulita! The location was very quiet and only about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the town. The place was clean and is clearly well taken care of. The suite was private, gated and the pool was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and friendly to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

EVERYTHING IS VERY EXCELLENT LOCATION. IT MEETS WHAT YOU MENTION. I ONLY BELIEVE THAT A DUPLICATE OF ENTRY KEYS WOULD BE GOOD SINCE WE HAD TO LEAVE AND ENTER TOGETHER. BUT OUT THERE, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. YES, I WOULD HOST AGAIN

Liz was very friendly, we arrived at night and welcomed us smoothly. The house was very nice, very clean with air conditioning and the very full bathroom had everything we needed. We'd stay there again.

it is a very nice space and it is very close to the main avenue of town where you can get what you need for cooking or good restaurants.

Both Juan and his Father were extremely kind and helpful. Everything about my stay was easy. Highly recommend.
