We took a small apt, as we were a couple , but they have other larger ones. We were very well served by the family of Residencial Batista. We were guided by the places, beaches nearby, we were able to do several things on foot. We will certainly be back. Gratitude.

We really liked the stay and the apartment, we only stayed one night, but we wanted to stay longer. We had only one problem to enter the condominium because it seems that the security guards had not communicated with each other, but we called Solange and she answered right away and helped us. Rosiane is very protective, I asked if it was possible to extend the check-out time, she authorized me because there were no guests for the day of my departure, in other places they charge the same even if there are no guests to enter. Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location.
