Excellent place, very nice apartment, safe for our son due to the bars on the windows. Very organized!! Condominium with everything you need, super clean! Close to everything, beach in front, market behind !! Perfect for those who want a place to have fun and rest!! For those with children, it's more than perfect !! I highly recommend it and we'll be back.

We had a great experience in this home! It accommodates well 14 guests, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed linen was clean and smelling, which was a big difference. The site offers a garden and a community pool, which works super well, as well as a private garden that has ensured moments of tranquility. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacy and bakery very close by. A point of attention would be the need for more cooking utensils, since, being a large group, we miss larger cups and pans to prepare meals. It is also worth mentioning that loud music is not allowed at any time of the day, which may be important for those looking for a more lively environment. Everything else was great! Mariangela was extremely solicitous, always available to answer our questions and help with what was necessary. It was wonderful days in the house, and we would definitely recommend it!

Triplex with exceptional view, deck to the sea, 4 suites that guarantee individuality in addition to all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. I will return in due course.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos! It was clean and fragrant, the heated pool was the children's joy. The super functional kitchen, air-conditioning in all rooms and everything was working perfectly. I didn't experience any issues with noises or bad smells. I need to give a special shout-out to the shutter in the suite that saved my nights. Tim and his team were attentive and responsive. Anyway, I'll be back for sure.

Great view of the house, very close to a super busy beach on the weekend. Everything was perfect. Fábia was very kind and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The affection we were greeted with a treat in the house also pleased us very much. We'll be back for sure.

The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The apartment is impeccable, with modern and cozy furniture and decor. It was the most complete space I've ever stayed in, lots of appliances, utensils, etc. As the apartment is high, it has a great side view of the sea and the pools. Clean, smelly linens and towels! The location is very close to the beach (which is clean and suitable for bathing) and also close to several shops, supermarkets, pharmacies. The host was very attentive in giving us restaurant tips and was also very flexible about check-in. Anyway, I highly recommend Ila's space!!!
