My wife and I loved the stay ! It was a privilege to be at this accommodation , it sure made our vacation better . The place is of a peace that inspires - it is within the city and close to a great trade but filled by nature cultivated and preserved by the hostess . The chalet in question is wonderful - super equipped with a good kitchen, good bed and even has an ideal ergonomic desk and ergonomic chair for home office work, has good internet and is in a neighborhood a few blocks of a very pleasant beach. Marcia's family is 10 , true hosts . The stay is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the beauties of SC - Piçarras

quiet, clean and organized place. Marcus has always been kind and polite responding and helping in what was requested. The space is not large ( but it matches the one described in the advertised) for us who were in three met our needs. The first time in Itapema, we'll be back for sure.

Location well located, you can walk to Beto Carreiro, as well as to the beach. The hosts were very receptive and attentive. I recommend this accommodation.

I stayed with my fiancé to go to Beto (which is about 10min hike). The guesthouse is super quiet and the bed super comfortable! It has a simple shared kitchen, but with all the utensils to use it! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!

I've had a wonderful experience in this house The place is very nice, well taken care of and conveys a sense of peace and warmth. The location is easy to access, which made it very easy to arrive. The hosts are extremely welcoming and hospitable, made us feel at home from the very first moment. I really enjoyed everything and I definitely intend to come back again. Near Beto Carreiro and beaches in the vicinity, such as Saudade beach, among others. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to rest and enjoy!

We loved the stay. Anderson and his father were very helpful and attentive to us. In all these years of travel and accommodation, it is the 1st time we are very pleased with the structure offered. The space is thought with affection for us to feel comfort and practicality. The kitchen is wonderful! The washer made our day-to-day easier. Shower, sofa, bed are good. The grass at the entrance to the house was replaced by pebbles and shrubs (green fence type) for a more beautiful view and privacy in relation to the street, we like that. The airbnb space is the first floor of a house, the owners live on top, but that was no problem for us because we live in Pê and are used to neighbors. We went in a very hot period, the house was an oven and the air conditioning of the room is not very powerful to cool the whole house, but it saved as much as possible. The garage has room for a hatch type car. Overall, we really like it and recommend it.

Junior and his wife Leticia offered one of the best stays you couldn't even imagine! Since arrival and welcome in the space, we have been greeted with a lot of love and affection, almost like being at home. Junior excellent guide of the region, knows the city in the back of his hand. Leticia is always willing to serve guests and keep the place at the highest level. I'll be back soon and highly recommend this option!

Wonderful and quiet place. Casa complete for us with everything we needed, as much as it is home to the back, there was no problem while to that, Márcia and Eduardo helped us in what we need, they left us pampering and always very polite. We thank you for all the days we stay, we really love the place and meet you.

Extremely beautiful accommodation, organized with comfortable beds and a very cute hosting kit. Very different outdoor area, with swimming pool, barbecue, billiards and leisure area to enjoy at will. The very polite and proactive host would certainly host me again ✨
