Very nice apartment, as advertised. With many utensils, it even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (for me it was very useful). The location is excellent, close to a supermarket, restaurants and very close to the beach. The host is very helpful, gave great tips and responds quickly. On top of all this, Bombinhas beach is really wonderful. I highly recommend it! Finally, there is one detail that can be improved: the host charges an additional fee of 150 reais for the supply of bed linen and towels, charged outside the app, I believe it would make more sense to include this amount in the daily rate.

One of the best Airbnb stays for our entire 10 day trip travelling across Brazil. We didn’t want to leave. It’s comfortable, VERY spacious and so clean. Everything was perfect, I loved every single little aspect of the property.

Large apartment in a condominium with more than 15 buildings, located on a large avenue with easy access. It is on the 1st floor and facing the street, but the place is calm and it is not a problem. It is run by a company (Multi-season) and had Ligia (very friendly and helpful) as a contact. The apartment complete with all the necessary items. In the meantime, I found some problems related to "maintenance". * The cleaning could have been better performed (there was a clamp full of hair where the shampoo and a razor plastic is placed) * The suite bathroom was with the whole roof peeling * The suite had the all cracked infiltration wall * There was a large spider web between the bathroom wall and the bed * The light from the suite room was burned * The water heater for the suite worked on about 15% of the occasions * The manta, tmb located in the suite had a very strong stench (after being washed, it was pleasant) Easy to fix problems

The apartment is just like the posts, the host and his manager are super friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service. The unbeatable property has all the amenities available without any problems, without a doubt, a good choice.

EXCELLENT apartment, EXCELLENT condominium, beautiful place, the lodging delivers EVERYTHING that is in the listing! The place where it is located is very central and has all kinds of shops close by, you can walk to everyone! We were extremely well served by Djiovany and Carla, who besides being extremely polite, were very helpful and always responded to messages quickly! We will definitely come back!

Apartment with great location, where there is market, restaurant, pharmacy, etc., to walk, a few meters from the beach, Ferris wheel and the Molhe da Barra Norte, employees of the super helpful condominium. Without counting the view of the apartment, which is simply a spectacle apart, it is worth every penny, we intend to return.

Wonderful view. Close to the beach. Market, pizzeria and restaurant next door. Insurance. Very good condominium attractions. Playground, game room, swimming pool with bar, fitness center, place for physical activities, etc. Barbecue, chairs, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, great.

Wonderful place. We were greeted by kiki who is a sympathy. The condominium is perfect, huge and many areas for children . It is not located on the main street of Beto Carrero, which gives more tranquility, it does not have the movement of centrão, but by car it is close. Much commerce nearby, which makes life easier. For sure when we return we will contact you again.

We spent almost 40 minutes to unload our car, of so much difficulty we had in the elevator. Everything was very good, the only problem was the discomfort with the elevators, we had to wait a long time to go up or down, when the other guests stopped at us were arrogant, we had trouble getting up with the bags because of that! Getting that off, everything was really good, we liked it a lot and we would come back!

The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

Very comfortable, has everything needed for a comfortable accommodation. Full cooking utensils (pots, dishes, appliances). I already had a gallon of new and closed water, toilet paper in the bathrooms, hair dryer, products and cleaning supplies, various outlets available. Your Ambrosio is really nice and polite. It was worth the go!
