Come stay with us in this rustic destination. This is Camping at its finest. Canyon De Chelly National Monument and town of Chinle are only minutes away. Enjoy horseback riding and storytelling around the fire pit. BRING SLEEPING BAGS, BLANKETS, DRINKG WATER AND ALL TOILETRIES (toilet paper). There is no running water and no indoor bathroom. There are free roaming livestock and dogs on the property, do not let them inside the cabins. Please keep your pets away from the animals.

Charming home with lots of light

100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

We had issues that impacted us. Firstly, the confirmation email provided a generic address, made it challenging to find the place causing some frustration as the address turned out to be incorrect. Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct host. Instead, calls were directed to a support center, which only added to the confusion making communication difficult. During check-in, we encountered further issues. The hotel staff couldn't find our card details and told us to pay an additional $70 per night. They suggested reaching out to the host to resolve the card issue. However, the calls to the host were redirected to support center who redirected to Airbnb support call center, as they were unsure how to handle the situation. After a lengthy explanation to the receptionist, we managed to sort out the payment problem. To add to our disappointment, the hotel mentioned that their regular price for the night was around $70, but we were charged approximately $125 when booking via Airbnb.

Kc is an awesome host! He made sure I had everything I needed and even went out of his way to make sure I was all set knowing I would be getting in late and working the very next day. The room is quiet and accommodating. Sharing a bathroom wasn’t great for me but that’s a personal preference. The house is very close to everything! Walmart and Starbucks are 5 mins down the road. Kc gives you local musts to check out. He responded within minutes of any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Even though we just spent one night here while on a road trip, Alray was so helpful with directions about getting in the house and we got to do a much-needed load of laundry. The suite is clean and tidy. Spending some time at sunset on the deck was very pleasant too. I would recommend it for just a few nights or anyone who has to stay in the area for an extended time too!

so many reasons to comeback! near the Petrified NP, serene location, very clean area, very comfy, Awesome SUNSET view, EXTREMELY beautiful Stars at night and AMAZING host! Logs wasn’t available in the 3 gas stations that we stopped, we thought it ruined our plan but tadah!!! Zavier is there to the rescue!!! We will be back soon!!!
