It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. I think this house has raised the cost level x benefit of airbnb, it's got everything, and if it looks perfect at the announcement it's at least 4 times better than the advertised, it has beautiful coverage, with a restaurant and a bar. The view is wonderful, the exit from the front to the sea, and otherwise there is a vacancy in the parking lot there is a cow in the street for the car and it is apparently a quiet place... Super well located in the center of black tip, and that's it, for sure if I go to Christmas again I will stay in the same place

The accommodation was great. Alexandre was very clear about everything from the beginning and also very cordial in his dealings. The place is very well located. At one point, we had a problem with the bathroom, but Alexandre acted quickly to solve it.

Giovanni's apartment is extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view of Ponta Negra beach! The location is perfect, close to everything, such as pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, markets, shops and craft fairs, that is, everything can be done on foot; safe and well-policed surroundings. The location is perfect for those who will do the sightseeing in the region, as it is easy to search for the receptive people who provide this service. Communication with Valeria was very effective and efficient, answering any questions that arose quickly. I did not use the building's restaurant services. But I would definitely stay at Giiovanni's apartment again!!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

The apartment is very nice, it's new, exactly as shown in the photos. The building is a little old, in need of renovation. The location is great, you go downstairs and you're already on the beach and you can walk to several places. You hear the sound of the waves, which is wonderful. On the second night, the apartment's power had a short circuit, leaving the air and lights not working, which was a bit uncomfortable, but the next day they fixed it. But I recommend the location.

Great house, the location is perfect. The house has a great location, it is possible to walk to the market, the fair, among other places. You can order everything over the phone, as they deliver. The house has an impeccable structure, the rooms are super comfortable, a perfect architecture. The leisure space is wonderful, the beach is one of the most beautiful and clean I could visit in Natal, on the weekend it is busier, and there are some restaurants that you can go to on the sand. And best of all are the girls who work in the house, super attentive and helpful, they leave the whole environment organized and clean, they cook very well, and they served us perfectly, even though we were a group of 18 people. In addition, the host is super responsible, and helpful, whenever I needed he was available to answer my questions. Anyway, I highly recommend the house, and I will certainly come back other times, as the place is perfect for those who really want to enjoy and rest.

I spoke little with the host before checking in. When I arrived at the reception, I just took the room key and that was it. I didn't even need to talk to the host anymore because everything was so right and working, such as the Wi-Fi password, etc... Beautiful apartment located in a safe and quiet street despite the proximity to the various clubs and shops in the area. It's very quiet at night. There's no concierge. Great experience. I had a great time. I only regret a few difficulties both at check-in and check-out that made me waste precious time.
