Everything as advertised, the view was what I loved most, close to the beach, very cozy place, on the outskirts there were bars and restaurants, I loved it, 1000 points ❤️❤️❤️

Joseias' space surprised me a lot! clean, spacious, super quiet and a great infrastructure that behaved very well for me and my whole family, I highly recommend. Joseias is extremely friendly and flexible, if you look for a place to feel like home, Joseias's apartment is the right place, practically beachfront and close to everything.

Sonia was amazing. As the apartment was available, Sonia allowed me to check in early so I didn’t lose a day. The check in was personal. She showed me around the apartment and around the complex. The apartment was perfect and has everything I needed. The internet was great and as I work remotely this the most important factor when deciding on where to stay. The location in Natal is perfect. It’s a very close walk to the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Most importantly I felt safe walking around.

Wonderful location on the artists' beach, about 25 minutes from the black beach, I thought it was wonderful. For the Majority of the walks we did as a jacuma lagoon, pitangui lagoon, Rio de fogo, Maracajaú, purity… all were after the artists' beach. So it was less distant, last year we stayed at Ponta negra beach, and we found it very far from these places. So super recommend Joyce's flat. Gorgeous view, well clean flat, clean pool, the place for bathing is very nice , stay the natural pools, very good for us and our children. Our accommodation was wonderful.

Arthur was flexible with my check-in time, handed me the apartment clean and smelling good, the location is great and strategic and with great restaurants around, you can walk, even, you can also walk to the beach. Adorei and super recommend

I have no words to thank for how kind Alexandre was and good people to me and my family! The totally perfect house, were incredible days! A case happened about the key of the door, but soon everything was solved with Alexandre, super understanding! The place is externally secure, the AP is not even spoken, mayor!!! I'll be back soon!! Great place to stay! Safe, quiet environment, perfect for families or even alone. The condominium's leisure area is wonderful, many restaurants/bistros near the condominium and it has an express market that helps a lot with quick needs. Dona Welma was very attentive, polite and available. We loved the stay.

It was a very good stay. I liked the apartment, the place was clean when I arrived; it has a supermarket nearby, easy to call uber. The place is tight and secure. I had a problem missing the gas promptly resolved. The street is busy, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I loved the view and the friendly tbm mto hosts. I will return again qdo for Natal.

Great location, the beach in front is very good for bathing and eating. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment as advertised, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. At night the surroundings are not very busy, but during the day it is very centralized, close to several tourist spots, including the beach in front that is beautiful and great for bathing and eating. The hotel's leisure area offers a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super quick in locating and caring for it, leaving everything stored until someone I trust could pick it up.
