Very well-located guest house on Rua Conj. Ponta Negra. You will be able to do your shopping very close by, with a bakery and a small grocery store 200 meters away. There are popular and more sophisticated restaurants. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the nightlife at the trendy bars as well. The house has air conditioning for your comfort and enclosed parking for your vehicle. The location allows you to easily get to both the south coast and the north coast, as well as to other places in the city.

Room in Ponta Negra near the beach 1

I rent a large room with a double bed, for 1 or 2 people, with excellent lighting and good ventilation, in a house near several restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and a 10-minute walk to Ponta Negra beach. Tbm is close to the sun route, where there are several other beaches on the south coast, such as: Pirangi, Buzius, Tabatinga among others. The room is in a residence I live from. It has a kitchen and utensils, bathroom and even a large outdoor space with space to put up a hammock and relax.
