The stay lasted four nights. As I traveled for work, this option was appropriate. There are restaurants close by, a bakery and the hotel's own restaurant offers paid breakfast (35 reais for a reasonable option). The price paid was fair, taking into account the discount obtained in the survey. Bruno was extremely cordial and proactive. Happy stay at the listing.

the flat is very beautiful , the leisure area and great , swimming pool and restaurant with excellent food at a fair price for the location. Super recommend for a couple however if it is more than two people the rooms are small but if you go for a walk and only sleep is great!

Great location, new building and facilities in good condition. Very comfortable environment. I believe the only thing missing was a smartv to watch movies and series of the guest's choice. In addition, it was perfect.

I felt like I was in my residence, however we stayed 2 more days that were not foreseen, very fragrant bedding, the rooms very well airy, ventilation too good, to have an idea nor use the air conditioning. We will surely return God bless host Heliana, all wonderful in your life. I can not forget all the comfort that the apartment has provided us, all close, beach, restaurant, craft fair, everything wonderful, I highly recommend!

The place is wonderful, charming and very rustic. The Wifi works super well, the leisure area is great and it is close to many shopping spots. The receptionists are always very friendly and kind. Simple breakfast but very well served. The listing could make it clearer if the view was for the pond or in the hallway, which is the case for this home, but it's just a point.

2 bedroom in front of the beach and breakfast

we stayed for 10 days at the residence, to take a course in Natal.... the employees are extremely friendly and supportive, the apartment meets all our needs with air conditioning, daily cleaning if you wish, full breakfast and the best...parking at the door. The Residencial is overlooking the sea with a black tip on the side of a Esmeralda resort. Super well located but a little noisy... nothing that bothered too much. The apartment was super clear and we could see the sunrise in the sea.... but the blackouts are a little insufficient and the clarity goes through the cracks. the only negative thing that can improve or I can point out is that the shower is kind of slow ( little water ) even, but you can shower without problems and the box is a little small....We had a problem with the toilet and hygienic shower that were resolved promptly. Ahhh I did not use the pool, but it is very small - and don't expect much in this regard. I'll be back for sure

Great place to stay. Excellent cost X benefit. Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, market, pharmacy and tbm of sights. Check-in is Super Quiet Check-out. air-conditioned room, clean and electric shower. Highly recommend and will be back soon

Clean apartment, great size, air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, good quality bed and bath linens, well equipped, great location, well served breakfast, attentive and kind staff. But the best of all was undoubtedly the privileged view of the sea, what a spectacular balcony, I will never forget it!

By far, the best experience I've had on Airbnb in all these years. Simply magnificent.

A wooden deck extends towards the ocean, featuring two white lounge chairs positioned for comfort. A round pool with a blue hue offers a refreshing contrast against the warm wood. The landscape is complemented by palm trees and a view of the tranquil sea.

I highly recommend it! Excellent location, super friendly and requested staff, a good breakfast and very cozy and clean fit.

A dining area features a round marble table set with white tableware, surrounded by wooden chairs. Outside, a sea view is visible through large glass doors. A shaded patio with poolside lounge chairs and a thatched umbrella is also seen in the background.

We are a flia of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The excellent response from the host. We had a pleasant surprise because the location is unbeatable, you are on the beach. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The photos in the apartment are as is. Breakfast with the necessary, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and something sweet, coffee with milk, juices, Yogures. We will definitely be back!!! We loved it, I would definitely go back to the same place!! Thank you for this vacation!!!!

It was a great stay, the space is small, a hotel suite, with a small kitchen structure. But comfortable, very clean and organized. Great location, beachfront. Ideal for a couple. I'd definitely be back.

My third time staying in this location because it’s close to the beach and has a pool with sun for most of the day. Rodrigo was great. I had a couple minor problems during my month stay and he was quick to respond and fix any situation.

A great apartment, with the equipment working well, with the exception of the air conditioning control in the double room. But it didn't cause so much trouble, since you could use the air control of the single room. Perfect location, good pool, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect flat, fully furnished, complete with everything you need, spacious, a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and Morro do Careca, spacious garage, polite receptionists, clean and beautiful pools, super kind hostess, always willing to guide, I will return again and recommend it to everyone.

A spacious sleeping area features a light blue quilted bedspread on a large bed, complemented by two matching pillows. Dark wood cabinetry lines the wall, and a framed beach landscape adds a calming touch. Soft natural light filters in through sheer curtains.

It's an amazing apart hotel, all new, very comfortable bed, extremely organized, we felt at home when we arrived. Every day has room service, which brings a comfort when you go out and arrive with everything tidy. Super Secure Hotel, 24h and kind receptionists. Juliana gave all instructions clearly, everything corresponded right, we had no problem. The place is quiet, beautiful view, close to everything, restaurant and market in front! The only point of improvement is wi-fi, which does not work in the room. We would always come back!
