Appartement très agréable, calme et propre. Notre hôte Loyda a été réactive et toujours souriante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Toutefois, des petites améliorations seraient appréciables : Salles de bain : -porte serviettes et crochets supplémentaires -Meubles ou supports pour poser les affaires de toilette Chambre principale: -Petit meuble ou étagère pour déposer des objets. En conclusion, nous retournerons avec plaisir dans ce logement .

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a nice building… The view from the rooftop was amazing… The bed was super comfortable and everything was as described… Lauren is a great host…

Awesome stay! Would definitely come back. Everything was super clean and tidy, and my room looked exactly like the photos (or even better). Also it’s in a great area: 1 block away from SoHo and super close to Chinatown. Also close to West Village, so I had a lot of things to do. Breakfast was great! I’d give it a 10/10, and the price is super accesible!

We stayed for one month. It was a pleasant stay. No issues. Everything was as advertised -- no surprises. Would stay again.

This was the second time that we stayed at Ira’s apartment. And we very much enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was spacious, sunny, and lovely. And it was walking distance to numerous great cafes and restaurants. Ira was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Le logement d’Helen était très bien et assez calme par rapport à d’autres commentaires que nous avions pu voir à propos d’autres logements New-Yorkais, ou des retours d’amis à nous. C’est ce que nous recherchions et n’avons pas été déçus. Isolé à l’arrière de l’hôtel, nous étions tranquilles. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les réceptionnistes et toutes les informations étaient très claires. Le logement était propre et bien aménagé, avec du mobilier de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le grand lit très confortable et les draps agréables. C’était plaisant de s’y allonger le soir puis d’y dormir, après nos 30000 pas de la journée ! Ah ah ! Le logement est assez sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout car nous partions tôt et rentrions en fin de journée, donc nous n’y étions que très peu durant notre séjour. Bref, c’était vraiment très bien ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Amazing location, spotless apartment and kind host. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more when we went back to visit Brooklyn with our infant. Harris was responsive and kind and we felt immediately at home. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Brooklyn!

James es una persona muy amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente y en comunicación. La ubicación del alojamiento esta muy cerca de la línea 1 del metro (a solo dos cuadras que toman 3 minutos caminando), esto te permite llegar a la mayoría de los principales lugares por visitar en Nueva York. Agradecemos mucho el café que podiamos tomar en la mañana en el alojamiento y las botellas disponibles para tomar. En la época del año que viajamos preferimos abrir la ventana de la habitación para no pasar calor, pero en verano probablemente sea necesario utilizar el aire acondicionado y solo sugeririamos algún ajuste/arreglo al mismo para disminuir el ruido que produce al encerderlo. Muchas gracias James por las amenidades y recomendaciones, asi como por la gran amabilidad. Mucho éxito en tu próximo proyecto 😉

Kwami tuvo unaactitud muy colaboradora y a pesar de que llegue mas tarde del horario establecido me atendio cordialmente. Recomiendo el alojamiento pues responde a lo que se indica y esta en un lugar muy tranquilo.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, spacious place, and with a convenience store just across the street everything is just great. Going into Manhattan may take slightly longer or slightly more expensive compared to being in NY itself, but definitely doable.

Charlie is an excellent host! And, Bayside is a fantastic location. The weather was perfect, so I walked down Bell Blvd to enjoy several restaurants with friends—very safe neighborhood & lovely home. For future business trips, I will definitely stay again.

AWESOME!! Jeff's house is very nice place, the neighborhood is quite peacefull and overall Jeff is a great guy, very kind and friendly, it was a great experience stay with him!!

I had a great stay at Madinat’s place! The house was beautiful and she was so kind. I stayed in a cozy room and loved the peaceful energy I felt there. I thought originally that it was going to be hard to go into Manhattan or Brooklyn because the house is a little distance away from the city, but if you are using public transportation, you are about a five minute drive away from the train station (LIRR) that will take you close to your destination, which was such a relief. I felt extremely comfortable and will definitely visit again!

We chose Gladys' because it is walking distance to where our son and his family live. It was exactly what we needed. Gladys and her husband were friendly and kind, and both they and the house radiated warmth. There was an unforeseen event (tree down and power outage), but they were gracious, transparent, communicative, and focused on problem solving. We opted for our son's couch for a couple of nights, but then finished our trip staying at Casa Caro. We were worried about how to approach the issue of amending the payment, but when we finally got to stay they brought up that they had already contacted Airbnb and our refund was completed before we even left for home. We plan on being in touch before next time we are in town. With the grands so close we weren't as focused on using the amenities- maybe next time :)

Wonderful location, great hosts, and a beautiful peaceful place so close to NY. Really enjoyed our stay, wonderful hosts. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Walking distance to lirr and buses .. safe neighborhood .. property access through combo locks .. shampoo soap blow dryer clean kitchen .. just the best !!!!

We had a great time staying at Alex’s place on our 2 week family vacation. Its exactly as described, clean, comfortable and private. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds and living room, lots of plants, nice backyard and lovely study room. Quiet neighborhood, LIRR around the corner and shopping mall a few minutes away. Alex was a fantastic host, always responsive, helpful and very kind and polite. Highly recommended!
