Cottage vacation rentals in Nantucket

Bonnie's place was great. We felt like we were far away from the hustle & bustle of the Cape, but were just a short drive to anything we needed. Staying at the cranberry bog was a unique experience. The cottage was rustic, but very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house just a short walk from the heart of Vineyard Haven. Comfortable beds, open floor plan with high ceilings gives it a great sense of space. Also a great backyard. We’ve already booked a return visit in the fall.

Laurel’s place was quaint and cozy. The space was perfect for a couple getting away for a long weekend. Laurel was extremely accommodating and reachable for all our needs. We loved staying at her place and highly recommend the studio. Thank you laurel.

Beautiful stay! We loved the little yard for our dog to run around in. Place was spotless and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and the cottage feels brand new. All around a wonderful stay!

The Mobile House was exactly what we were looking for. It has a beautiful setup in a quiet neighborhood a short distance to the bluff walk and beach. Faith was communicative throughout and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Cute place with everything you’d need for a long or short stay. Close to the ferry by car on a quiet street. Cute screened-in front porch, lighted back yard with fire pit. The outdoor shower in back relieved some of the 1-bathroom congestion when we were getting ready for a wedding. The thermostat needed batteries on a cool night and Liz was over within the hour to fix. The cottage was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Liz's place. The house was very clean and easy to get to. It was a bit farther from town and any beaches than we had thought and had quite a bit of road noise. Beautiful kitchen and updated upstairs bathroom but a small master bathroom. Appreciated the AC in the bedrooms and the back deck was a great place to hang out after a day of exploring.

Cute condo/townhouse that uses its space well. Well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils). Everything you need and hosts were responsive. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for two people. We could walk into town easily and was central to everything we wanted to do and see.

My family and I travelled from Ottawa, Canada to Boston and Martha's Vineyard. It was an amazing location for us to finish our vacation. Due to ferry schedules we arrived quite late. Peter made sure that the lights were on and everything was perfect when we arrived. It is a beautiful cottage and we really appreciated the outdoor shower and how well the wi-fi worked; better than the Hotel we stayed at in Boston. The email interactions were pleasant, timely and helpful. You truly feel that you are at a special place in the world on Cappaquiddick Island. We were able to enjoy much that the island had to offer from a nature perspective and also made some trips to the island, all facilitated by some great material at the cottage that provided maps of hiking trails over all of Martha's Vineyard, as well as Peter's personal set of notes. All this to say it was an incredible three nights for myself and the family and I would recommend it for those looking to get away from it all.

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

I stayed with my 11 year twins. Was exactly what we wanted for a week on Nantucket. Close to town, beaches, bus routes and bike paths. The house was clean, pretty and private, we even saw a deer and rabbits when we arrived roaming around the woods near the house. I am coming back next year, and for as many years as Wendy will let us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the front porch was great for sundowners and BBQs. She is a great hostess with a beautiful cottage.

We absolutely adored Barbara’s cottage! It was well appointed, in a fabulous location and very comfortable for our week long stay. The neighborhood was super safe and Barbara‘s kitchen was extremely well stocked. The outdoor patio with cute lounge chairs was an additional bonus. Barbara and her daughter communicated proactively and were very helpful when we reached out with simple questions. We would love to stay here again and recommend it without reservation.

This cottage was perfect for us traveling to the island for a wedding. Close to conveniences, quiet and comfortable.

We loved every minute of our stay. The house is absolutely perfect. Lovely decorated perfect amenities, and I wish it was a little warmer for us to enjoy every part of the beautiful backyard. Thank you so much for all your help and your quick responses. We will definitely be back.

Karen and Seth were wonderful hosts. They were there to greet us upon arrival and provided several local recommendations for beaches, restaurants and how to use the Wave shuttle. Their cottage was perfect for a 2-night/3-day mother-daughter getaway. Great location- less than 2 miles from our fav restaurant, Millie’s! Highly recommend this place for 2-3 singles, a couple with young kids or a couple traveling alone. Wonderful find!

Abrianna was very responsive and friendly. The space was perfect for 5 people and it was a great location.
