Nid douillet calme hyper centre

Ravissant T1 bis en hyper centre. Localisation idéale, restaurants, théâtre, cinémas, commerces, musées, tout est au pied de l’appartement. L’appartement est situé au 3ème Etage d’un bel immeuble XIXème. L’escalier en granit est large. La rue Jean Jacques est une rue piétonne très animée, mais l’atout de notre appartement, est qu'il donne sur une cour privée très tranquille sécurisée par 2 portes fermées . Des racks à vélo sont prévus (dans la limite de 2) ils seront donc en sécurité.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
