Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. C'est au 4ème et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) mais la vue est imprenable ! Important : pour des questions d'assurance la réservation pour un tiers n'est pas autorisée. La personne qui effectue la réservation doit obligatoirement faire partie des voyageurs.
