it's a very excellent and peaceful place to stay. I will definitely recommend this place if you want stay near EC. Instructions by host made my checkin very easy.

My family and I arrived at Mohit's place after a grueling 22 hour journey and immediately felt at home. He was there to welcome us, offer us a cup of tea and give us his cleaner's contact details. He was extremely responsive - when I found that the freezer wasn't defrosting properly, he promptly got a new fridge. If I messaged him about the cleaning, he immediately coordinated with the helper. The house too went beyond our expectations. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfortable rugs and chairs. Linens and towels were changed regularly, without my prompting. The living space is large and great for a family. He offered us the services of a cook as well, and although I didn't need it, it was good to have options in case I didn't want to cook. The area is quiet and private as well, while being 5 minutes away from the Sarjapur main road. Full marks to the host for creating an welcoming oasis!

The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The space is ideal for an individual or a small family of three, offering great ventilation with plenty of natural light and fresh air. Manjula herself is a warm and welcoming host, always available and incredibly accommodating—she truly has a motherly presence that made our stay even more comfortable. On request, she provided basic essentials, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to all necessities. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street, which was convenient for us. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible via stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, homely stay in Basaveshwara Nagar, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Kunal’s apartment. It was clean, well furnished and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The balcony was a nice place to relax Kunal was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure we had access to all the amenities making our stay even more enjoyable. On our first day we had some trouble getting in and out of apartment due to security reasons since we were visitors. Kunal’s father personally called me and visited the premises to sort it out. We also received an optional cleaning service for an extra fee which was convenient For families, the apartment complex has two or three children play areas. My child had lots of fun there. Additionally, the gym and grocery store made our stay even more convenient This apartment was on the 13th (top) floor which gave us more privacy and calm along with natural light and a pleasant breeze Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Sandeep is a great host. He has maintained his property as well as shown on the pictures on AirBnb. He communicates very quickly and his instructions are clear. He was flexible with check in and check out times. The property is close to Jayanagar shopping district and well served by several online shopping portals. As we vacated the property, we carried pleasant memories of our stay here.

Excellent place to stay with family

During our visit to Bangalore for some personal work in first week of January 2025, my father met with an accident where his right femur got fractured and he had to undergo a surgery in a local hospital. After the discharge from hospital we had to stay in Bangalore for regular check up . Immediately,I looked for a house on Air BNB . I got this beautiful flat in Sadanand Nagar ( Plot #329, Manian, Owner: Mr Omprakash) where we stayed for almost two and half months . It was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The Owner Mr Omprakash was incredibly friendly and good. The speed of Wi-Fi was also good. Overall I highly recommend this AirBnB accommodation for it's excellent location, comfortable rooms and friendly Owner and all amenities you need for your stay.

I had an amazing two-night, three-day stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed. Her attention to detail and hospitality really stood out throughout the stay. The property itself was thoughtfully designed with so many small touches that made it feel special—like baskets for clothes, charming little planters, tastefully done wall paints and artwork, and even a lovely basket of goodies with biscuits and snacks. Every basic need was not only met but exceeded. The space was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The backyard was a peaceful retreat with a small plunge pool, perfect for relaxing. small thing to note: the shower area is open, which might not be everyone’s preference, but it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, thoughtful, and peaceful stay. And a big thank you to the host for being so amazing

Stay at the Rustic Manor was one of the highlights of our trip. The place was serene, beautiful, clean, spacious and met the needs of our large group. Raj, our caretaker, was truly the shining star of the stay. He was so wonderful and lovely, remembered all our choices individually and catered some of the best home cooked meal. Our hosts were very proactive with their communications, followed up periodically and took care of every little detail. The place was so close to all the buzz yet was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us peace after a hectic day. We took advantage of all the optional services which was top notch. We enjoyed our stay greatly and can’t wait to book again when we visit Bangalore next.

The place was beautiful as shown in the pictures. We had a great stay for a couple of nights as a family. The place was clean, easily reachable from the main road, very close to IKEA as well. Rajneesh was very quick with responses and was very clear with the checkin details. He was very accommodating that let he us park our car within their compound and parked his car near the sidewalk. We had a really smooth check in and check out. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Bangalore again. Will surely recommend this place within my circle. I think this a cozy and nice place in the middle of Bangalore with some great breeze and privacy. Lot of options when it comes to food around you and the caretaker is super helpful too !
