　Located on the 3rd floor of a 3-story steel-framed building, the view is excellent and the sunlight shines in, making the interior very bright. 　This listing is for Room C. 　room A (1): 1 　room B (2): 1 + 1 　room C (3): 1 < < < This listing 　total: 3 + 1 　It is a place with a lot of negative ions and clean air, with Funakoyama Park to the east and Josen-Rendaiji Temple to the west. 　The hearty breakfast (600 yen, separate from the accommodation fee) is a 1000 kcal "Kyoto zosui with egg" that has received a "six-star" rating from the City of Kyoto. Very recommended! 　Please stop by for sightseeing in Kyoto. 　The room also has a desk and is a quiet environment. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help out with any questions or needs. The location is great – it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest station and equally close to popular spots like Sanjo and Nishiki Market, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It wasn’t just a standard continental breakfast – each morning, they prepared a full, delicious spread for every guest, which was such a treat to start the day. You could really feel the care and effort they put into making everyone feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The only minor issue was the washer and dryer, which are a bit dated. The dryer took a while to dry a half load, so I’d recommend doing smaller loads or planning laundry for when you have some time to hang out. Overall, I loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!

It was my first time to use the airbie.I was anxious and nervous about what it would be like, but the tension rose with the pickup by the camper van from the station.The host was also kind and reassuring.When I arrived, it was a large house with a calm space, and I felt at ease as if I had returned home.The drink service and the fullness of the bath amenities were better than a hotel.I stayed for 2 nights, and there was a breakfast service, and I had a relaxing stay I was very relaxed.It was raining on the way back, so I was very grateful that they dropped me off at the station. I will stay when I come to Osaka again.Thank you!
