The whole house is for your free use. Advantage 1: There is an elevator, both bedrooms have doors and windows, there is air conditioning, and the two bedrooms are a bit far apart. Advantage 2: Separate bathroom, separate washroom, separate large bathroom and bathtub, and all have doors, so you won't be embarrassed to stay with friends! In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, pots and pans, kettle, hair dryer, free 5G network, toiletries, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. Fully equipped, just bring your own change of clothes when you stay at my homestay! Advantage 3: There is a separate balcony with a washing machine and laundry detergent, so you can wash and dry your clothes by yourself. Advantage 4: The bedding and bath towels are all the cleanest. I personally manage the B&B. I also have a bit of a cleanliness obsession, so I will remove the bedding after every guest checks out, regardless of whether it has been used. This unique place has a style all its own. Newly built and opened in October 2023, the host lives in the management room on the ground floor, but it feels like you are renting the entire building. The entire 2nd floor is private. The spacious LDK, centered around the Graftec island kitchen, is of course the most characteristic space of the villa, but the sky terrace, with its outdoor sofa, sauna (available from 18: 00 to 22: 00), jacuzzi, and a projector up to 100 inches, allows you to enjoy movies and more. First of all, thank you very much to the host for renting the house to our family. The house is roughly the same as the pictures. It takes about 13 minutes to walk from the station to the location of the house. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful surprise. The only thing that makes people unhappy is that when we checked in on the day of our stay, we found that the second floor of the house was not thoroughly cleaned and there was a smell. After explaining the situation to the host, the host read it and did not reply to any messages or solve the problem until we checked out.

The location of the house is very comfortable. The atmosphere of Kyoto is very good. You can walk to Kinkakuji Temple. What was lacking in the US was that it was very bright at night when sleeping at night with the street light right outside the room window right next door

The place is immaculate. Brand new everything and it was all done so well. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing. This is a must stay if you are looking for a large place in Osaka. I really can recommend this place anymore. The host is beyond fantastic and always responds quickly and accurately! Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in!

Spacious, elegantly furnished and very peaceful. We loved the house and its location - right next to the Tōdai-ji temple and the Deer Park. We had a bit of an issue entering the house as the code given to us was incorrect … but was just a little hiccup in our overall stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone coming to Nara. We stayed 3 days and we could have definitely stayed longer!

Great food: Have a great time in the udon restaurant nearby the accommodation area. Japanese style living style: Person who love the japan style can choose this accommodation. Very simple and elegant style interior. Spaces: The space is definitely enough for our 6 travellers with the suitcases.

The image of Osaka is beautifully engraved in my head, and this accommodation will play a role of more than 50%. The Japanese-style tatami structure was really beautiful, and I slept really well. A drink at the sitting table next to the bedroom, breakfast or lunch at the table in front of the TV. I had a leisurely and enjoyable stay in a spacious area! This is an accommodation I want to visit again if I come to Osaka next time!

Great place, with an amazing kitchen. A perfect way for a group of people or a family to spend time together in Kyoto and feel more like staying in an apartment than in a hotel. Note that there are two "bedrooms" -- the small bedroom is fully private, has a door and is near the apartment entrance. The large bedroom doesn't have a door and is mostly private but opens part of the way to the living room. It was very comfortable for us -- we were an adult couple who took the small bedroom with the door, while our single friend took the large bedroom which was semi-private and partially open to the living room. Great internet, lots of bottled water included, great shower (one shower/bathtub).

Juan was a wonderful host—kind, patient, and attentive. The house was spotless and spacious, with plenty of room for three adults. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Kyoto Station, located in a quieter, more secluded area, which was perfect for a peaceful getaway. While it’s not right in the middle of the nightlife or shopping districts, getting around with Uber was quick and easy. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and ideal for walking. Just across the train tracks, there’s a large park with a stunning garden—perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!
