[Open July 2023] Crohimekaitaku is a luxurious house overlooking the beautiful scenery woven by Mt. Kurohime. Enjoy a blissful moment surrounded by nature in a comfortable silence. It is located about a 10-minute drive from Shinano-machi IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway, with excellent access by car. As a base for sightseeing in all seasons! 15-20 minutes by car to Togakushi, Iinuma, Kurohime, Madarao, and Myoko. In an area with famous powder snow ski resorts, you can easily enjoy winter sports in the winter. Well maintained! The private sauna is equipped with a Finnish wood-burning sauna stove. You can also enjoy a self-lowering bath. Enjoy a luxurious sauna time and forest bathing in a water bath with a magnificent view of Mt. Kurohime. You can enjoy the comfort of warmth and refreshment at the same time. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. We also have a bathroom, toilet, air conditioner, washing machine, and dryer, so you can stay with peace of mind even for consecutive nights. For winter heating, there is a pellet stove, so please relax and enjoy.

It is a calm space with an old house motif. The living room has a large sunken kotatsu style Irori fireplace where you can enjoy meals and drinks. There is also a 4-seat counter bar. Nozawa Onsen Ski Area, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Area, and Tohachi Onsen Ski Area are all nearby, making it the perfect base for winter sports. In the green season, there are eight golf courses within an hour, including the Madarao Country Club, and many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side of the entrance and can be contacted at any time, and understands everyday conversational English. In the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The garden is also spacious, so you can also enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious buckwheat.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
