We also paid attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQs and campfires without worrying about the weather. The station, supermarket, and convenience store are within walking distance, making it a convenient location for those without a car. It is a place with easy access to multiple ski resorts in winter. About 7 minutes by car to Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, about 8 minutes to Ikenodaira Onsen Alpenbruck Ski Resort, and about 13 minutes to Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort. After booking, please submit them in the message box. This is a private rental house that was just renovated in 2023. Surrounded by rice fields! Close to Lotte Arai Resort, which can be enjoyed in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. There are many ski resorts for those who love snowy mountains! This is a place where you can enjoy seafood, mountain produce, and delicious Niigata rice!! Have a great time with your family and friends. In July 2026, we did some additional renovations, changing from 2 to 3 bedrooms. One toilet was added on the second floor, making a total of two toilets. There are no more futons, and everything is now a bed. Blinds are installed in all rooms.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
