This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 meters. A simple log house built in 2022 with a strong aroma of wood. You can find lots of beautiful scenery within a 10-minute walk. Please don't miss the view of Mt. Iizuna from Lake Daiza-Hoshi. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also come by public transportation. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also great as a base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you'd like to visit a hot spring, Tengunokan on Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. For a large public bath, Asobiba is about a 5-minute drive away. There is a discount on the bath fee. We lend projectors and screens free of charge. Play games or have a movie night on the big screen. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, campfire, or tent sauna. For a full BBQ set, tarp, sauna tent, stove, etc., Please book all rentals in advance. Of course, you can also bring your own.

Nagano City, Zenkoji Temple is about 20 minutes by car, Togakushi is 20 minutes by car, and Iizuna Resort Ski Area is about 10 minutes by car.In addition, it is 1 hour and 30 minutes by car to Hakuba, Jigokudani Onsen (Snow Monkey), and 30 minutes to Kurohime and Lake Nojiri.In winter, many guests go out to Myoko, Tangram, and Shiga Kogen every day. The home is approximately a 20-minute drive from Nagano Station on the JR Hokuriko Shinkansen bullet train and Shinano Railway.

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
