Vacation rentals with a patio in Musselburgh

Johnny was great person very proactive, the flat was easy to reach, one floor down easy access. on the right side one queen green room, the other one after that one red pinck twin bed room, onthe left side master bes room with wc. the main WC is big and full of quality supplies, there is big kitchen and upper living room.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

It was a really cozy place, enjoyed my stay a lot. There’s a bus stop right outside the bnb so it’s easy to get to the city centre and back. Ted was an amazing host and very responsive, helping me settle in really quick. 10/10 would stay here again.

The apartment location was perfect. Only a short walk to Royal Mile, close to a small market and the car rental location. Host was always responsive, and provided a lot of great information & tips prior to our trip. The apartment itself was more spacious than we expected and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our party of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Little Rosslyn is a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. with space to sif outside too. We really enjoyed our stay and the info folder was very helpful and easy confsct with Emma. Situated in a lovely village with local amenities, we would stay here again, oh and the fact you can bring your dog is great too.

A beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to city centre or take a bus from 2 minutes walk away. House is very comfortable, I stayed with my husband and my daughter and found it very charming. Bathroom and kitchen both very clean and have all the amenities one can need. Damian was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. Great location and ample space for the six of us. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Loved the outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The property is close to main road , near to bus and train station. we have peaceful stay , will definitely recommend.

This lovely cabin ticked all the boxes required to suit 7 adults from families coming together from afar, different generations, and physical abilities. Spacious yet cozy. The conservatory table was perfect for hysterical games of UNO while the weather dazzled us with its fickle self outside the giant windows, shifting from glorious rainbows over the hills, thunderous rain, and sparkling sunrises. Walks from the cabin were enjoyed by everyone. A Park and Ride into Edinburgh and a short drive to Peebles made days out easy. We had an unexpected plumbing issue and it was sorted out immediately while we were out. All said they slept well and the shower pressure/supply of hot water is fantastic. Underfloor heating is great. would happily stay again!

A lovely cozy little house. Also the design of it was extremely good. Ideal for two people. Could have done with a tray and a couple more plates in the kitchen

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

We enjoyed our stay. Hana’s house was roomy and quiet. It was a short walk to the no. 3 bus, which goes directly to the center of Edinburgh (about 45 minutes). There was a grocery store in easy walking distance. All told, it was a great stay.

First time to UK and was great!

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

I loved staying here, it just wasn’t long enough. The flat has absolutely everything you need and feels spacious. I will definitely book here again.

This is a fun place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with fairly reasonable parking options for those who are choosing to rent a car. Definitely take a look at bus routes etc, as we did not find this spot to be walkable to most highlited areas in Edinburgh. The bus was an easy 5 min walk from the space and we found it easy to navigate with Google Maps. Over all the places was very well kept, the host was fabulous. The Art in the home is ALL female paintings, books, posters etc... quirky or creepy you decide. So if you don't mind women staring you down from every window covering, painting, or poster then you'll enjoy your time in this art filled space.

Could not rate this property high enough!!The communications were clear, proactive, friendly and very helpful. The place was spotless, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The view was spectacular of the water. Beds and couches were comfy. The guide for local attractions and restaurants was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I have really enjoyed my stay and Catherine was very welcoming and friendly would definitely stay here again when up in Scotland. The flat was clean and tidy and the simple breakfast made it perfect to just relax without worrying about going to the shops.

This home was beautiful! The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Our party of 8 stayed for a few nights while on vacation. The rooftop balcony was a special treat, and we utilized that space daily during our stay. We were walking distance from many shops and cafes, as well as some art galleries and a board game store, which fit our family dynamic perfectly. As a note, while the listing is clear that this is a top-floor flat, we were still a bit unprepared for how many stairs there are to reach the flat itself (40+). The spiral staircase to the top floor (with the balcony) is also very rickety, although you can reach the top floor by the main apartment staircase. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, or you have a lot of luggage, this is a bit of a hike. Overall, we had a great experience in this apartment, and recommend it to others who are looking to visit Edinburgh.

An exceptional apartment with an exceptional host. The place is quiet, spacious, super clean, super comfortable. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated and had useful as well as interesting books. The living room/dining room is huge and pleasant to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with lots of staples. The outdoor garden sitting area is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here. Pierson is a great communicator and was helpful from our first inquiry all through our visit and checkout. Stockbridge is a perfect area to stay in: walking distance to all attractions in Edinburgh but a village in its own right with great shops and food. Do not miss I. J. Mellis Cheesemongers. They have so many cheeses from local UK and small producers. Their staff is friendly and happy to offer samples and teach. We had a wonderful long afternoon at the nearby Botanic Garden. We will be back!
