We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

A great place to spend your vacation, or just a few days to relax and get away from the routine. Very attentive host and great to negotiate with.

I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

Booked Northfield as a base close to family as well as attending events in the central belt. House was perfect for our family, clean, tidy and lovely big outdoor space. Little added extras such as the loaf of bread, milk, butter and shortbread was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and have already passed on to my relatives abroad who may wish to visit the area in the future as an ideal base.

Novel location in the middle of the city. Garage was a very nice safety aspect. Alley leading to place was a typical inner city side street that might be a little less predictable at night. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk anywhere and lots of close and great restaurants. Overall very happy with the place.

The house is in a very good location out side of St. Andrews. If you are going to play The Castle Course is just in front! The house was clean and in good condition. The kitchen utensils should be renovated, the glasses too. It hasn´t scissors, for example. The tv was small for a large living room.

One of our favourite properties we have ever stayed in from Air B and B. The lodge was very cosy with beautiful views particularly from the kitchen and sitting room, of the sea on one side and open fields on other. Great location also- just yards outside was the door was the choice of beautiful cliff walk or Coldingham Sands beach. Kitchen is also very well equipped, although due to the position of the lighting was a little dark when it trying to preparing food as you end blocking the light with your back. Bed and sofa very comfy! Only difficulty was that we struggled to work the shower in bedroom but we’re able to use the one over the bath in the main bathroom so wasn’t really a problem Would love to visit again and will be recommending to others!

We had a fantastic stay at the Trail House. the cottage is perfectly located for walking and cycling in the glentress forest, and is walking distance to the local pub/restaurant. the house was perfectly set up for everything we needed, and Hayley was a super responsive and flexible host.

Wonderful and friendly host who made our trip that much better. House was exactly as described and G left clear instructions and also a binder of information about the house and local recommendations which made the stay easier. Would be back in an instant.

Zatoon’s space is clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. We had a great stay and would recommend anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place in Stirling. During our stay we agreed we would book again for later in the year Shops and takeaways are very close which we used and enjoyed everything we ordered Also bus stops and friendly taxi service Thank you Tracy

We had a lovely stay at Hollybush Cottage - the house was beautiful and so quiet. Very tidy & well-presented. We enjoyed listening to the owls in the evening! Close walking distance into Perth where there are lovely places to ear & drink. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back!
