A secluded and intimate luxury escape inspired by the need to live smaller and more sustainably, Monterey is an eco-friendly off-grid tiny house nestled amongst 35 acres of native forest offering guests the perfect opportunity to explore nature, unwind and recharge. Built from salvaged Monterey Cypress timber, the house offers a dreamy king sized bed downstairs with floor to ceiling windows. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
