There was a delicious Korean restaurant nearby, so it was very nice!

We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Superb location. Great view from the balcony. Short walk to shops and restaurants.

Felt very safe. Close to the city and trams - had lots of access to everything. Felt fancy and nice. Only slight thing I would note is the bed frame is extremely loud, I was staying by myself so it was fine but every time I rolled over it was comically loud. The dishwasher was also blocked on arrival but truly didn't bother me. I would still absolutely come back!! Thanks for having me

Gokcan was very hospitable and the place was near and tidy with many decorative items. We were even welcomed with chocolates for Easter and morning tea packets!

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Great place to stay with loads of space for a large family. Close proximity to shops transport and the beautiful walks along the river. Appreciated the ability to have early check in and later checkout. Lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities. Beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Rachel and Young were very responsive and accommodating for our needs. We had a great experience.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina

Everything was great at the house. Except when we left, she claimed we done damages that wasn't done by us at all. Major skirting board damages and floor damages. But ince we pointed out exactly how it wasn't us, Everything was sorted. Very nice over all stay. Thanks ange
