Beachfront vacation rentals in Murray River

A luxurious stay 15-20min north of Robe with easy access to a secluded beach to enjoy the sunset of Mt Benson/Robe. Not enough words can describe how wonderful this property is to stay while you enjoy the surrounds of Mount Benson & Robe, All amenities you could think of was provided esp the Coffee machine. A great entertainers kitchen, expansive ocean views from the living room & decking. Plenty of grass area for children to play. Beach is swimmable but had a lot of seaweed during our stay, so we swam at Town Beach in Robe. Bottle water was kindly provided as water wasn’t overly drinkable from the taps.

Great little townhouse in a superb position. Super clean with a lovely fitout. We will return.

We stayed here with 9 family members and had the best time. We all agreed it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at. From the attention to detail, games provided, linen, welcome gifts and location/view. We will be back!

Debbie and Leighton's villa was simply incredible! The villa was a stones throw away from the main street of Robe, meaning everything was accessible by foot. We were able to taste local wines, enjoy the restaurants and see all the tourist/historical sites of Robe by walking. The home was spacious, absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a little stay. An added bonus was access to the garage, as we were able to store our bikes, fishing rods and other things in there! We couldn't recommend this villa more highly, it was perfect! The location was definitely the highlight, there is nothing better than grabbing a morning coffee and walking down to the beach all within 200m of your accommodation. The villa has local brochures (food, wine, sites), simple guest information and everything else you need for your stay! We will be back for sure! A yearly trip here is definitely on the cards! Thank you so much for an amazing little getaway!

Great home that is well suited for a couple of an entire large family. loved the location, easy beach access for the 4wd on the beach. can walk to the local shops, loved exploring the area.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location - we loved being able to hear the ocean as we fell asleep. The home had all the essentials for a very comfortable stay, plus excellent views. Walkable to the general store and local tavern. We would definitely stay here again.

Samantha and Bruce's home away from home was perfect as a base to see Robe town and surroundings. Had everything we wanted and needed for a weekend stay.

We absolutely loved our stay, such a beautiful, peaceful location, wonderful hosts & some good that we were able to bring our 2 dogs. Perfect weekend.

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

Charlie was a great host. The experience was very straightforward and non-problematic. The Airbnb was a nice and clean one. The building it was located in was also very lovely. Would totally recommend.

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was clean and extremely well set up for a short or longer stay. We loved all the extra touches like the welcome treats and toiletries. It was super handy having a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is very secure and we loved the location, which is very near to tram stops and a vibrant local area including great cafes and restaurants. There is also a Woolworths metro very nearby. Bring your running shoes if you enjoy running, as there is an excellent 5km loop around the Lake, just across the road. The pool area is amazing, with the most stunning views, lovely tepid water and piping hot rain showers to warm you up if it's a bit cold or windy. Simon and Renee are amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Melbourne, as I can't imagine finding another place that ticks so many boxes. Thanks guys!

Great place to stay and a short walk to the Murry . There was plenty of space for 5 of us . Everything we needed was there and really high standard . Loved the out door area and the kids loved the pool and tennis court and I can’t forget the toys !! We had a really enjoyable time and Teagan was fantastic at communicating everything . I really recommend this lovely place you won’t regret it . All the residents are lovely in there too . Thanks for having us we are so grateful

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Overall a great stay and I would recommend. The highlights are the view - we saw pods of dolphins most days so don’t forget your binoculars! - and the location which is a short walk to the beach. Unit 1 and 2 have been combined in an inspired renovation into one big space. Unit 3 is not part of the listing. Living is upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. The space is big and very functional and you could fit a lot of people in it - almost a bit cavernous. There are some quirks mostly around fit and finish but that didn’t bother us. Other minor issues are lack of heating downstairs and limited hot water for a house of this size but no show stoppers.

Great unit at the back of nicely maintained and gated complex. Access from the street and car park was easy, everything that could be provided was, and the picture window is a joy to sit at and watch the various moods of Melbourne affect the bay.

Great location with amazing view. Spectacular house where we made wonderful family memories. Firda was easy to deal with and provided solutions to a couple of issues that came up. Our only disappointment was when we went to use the bbq to cook dinner the gas bottle was empty, so would be good to have a spare on the property for times when Bunnings isn’t an option.

We had another great break at Dianne’s place. The time just flew by and we’re now planning our next visit for next year .

Loved a the morning coffee and afternoon wine on the back deck with the views over the nearby hillside. Lovely walks along the nearby beachside too. Great place to explore the region from.
