Vacation rentals with beach access in Murray River

Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

Catherine’s apartment is just beautiful. To be able to look at the ocean from bed was a real treat. The bed was very comfortable- best I have ever had in an Air Bnb The Tavern at Tyler’s beach was so good - view, food and service were all amazing . Catherine recommended the Tavern and they picked us up and dropped us home in the courtesy couch. We had to go back the 2nd night we had such a good time Catherine gave us a lot of good tips for our onward journey which was a great help. All positive I highly recommend Catherine’s beautiful seaside apartment

The unit is a throw back to a beach stay in the 70's. Everything true to that era. Bed was very comfortable. Shower hot and full. Position was great. Transport directly opposite. Right on the beach. Pubs and restaurants easy walking distance. Check in and communication was easy. Everything worked and soaps, towels etc provided. Thanks Greg.

Not much to add to all the other 5 star reviews! Helpful host..so great to find oil_herbs coffee pods and lots of other basics in the cupboard. Very comfy flat,short walk to beach and pier. no 12 tram into town takes a while but is so close and convenient we lived it!

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Katie’s place was in a great location walkable to the beautiful St Kilda Beach and the pier which is a fun lively experience in the evening and a great spot to capture photos of the water and the city. You can see the little penguins around sunset at the end of the pier. There are some really nice beachfront restaurants to grab lunch or a drink. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars on Fitzroy and the famous Acland Street (for the cake shops) which are both just a short walk. Also we were allowed early check in which was very much appreciated. We extended our stay to add three more nights because we enjoyed the area so much!

We felt welcome the moment we stepped into Catherine’s place. It is beautifully furnished and spotlessly keen with extra touches which meant it more than met our expectation. After a month in Australia this was our last stay. We have come home with very happy memories. Catherine’ s place tops the bill for best Airbnb!

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

We loved the place. The view, spaciousness and peaceful neighborhood was outstanding. It's highly recommended place and the host (Charmaine) was outstanding. Always responsive and very helpful. We would love to come back to this property.

We had a great stay. This home is ideal for any weather. It is a short walk to Boomer Beach and has a great yard for outdoor dining with a fire pit for the cooler weather.

Great home that is well suited for a couple of an entire large family. loved the location, easy beach access for the 4wd on the beach. can walk to the local shops, loved exploring the area.

What a beautiful location, stunning view from the balcony, and plenty of room for larger families to stay.

Spectacular views, we enjoyed having drinks on the balcony and watching the surfers. Lovely house with everything you need. Anthea is very quick to respond to queries. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Hayley was a great host. Communication was clear and instructions easy to follow. We requested an early check in which was no problem. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light. Lots of little extras, a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bread and snacks. Great location, directly opposite the beach and easy access to transport. Hayley also provided Myki cards which came in very handy. Definitely recommend Hayley’s place and we will stay again next time we require accommodation in the area.

Stunning location and beautiful unit that has everything you could need. We really appreciated the extra towels, kids cutlery, excellent TV and communication provided. Easy to check in and out. Would recommend this location. Thanks so much!

If I could I would give 6 stars, but unfortunately maximum here is only 5 ☺️ Louise’s house is very nice and cozy place, it has all facilities and even more than you need. There are amazing decorations inside and we loved a special touch of gorgeous garden around house. Louise, thank you so much for your hospitality, genuine care for your guests. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!
