Vacation rentals with a kayak in Murray River

One of my favourite places. Beautifully positioned; close to river and beach! We loved having a fire- perfect winter getaway! Host was super responsive and helpful. Will stay again!

This was a really charming little house in a beautiful location with a great kitchen and nicely decorated. I would definitely come back if in the area. Would have loved to spend more time kayaking on the river!

This house was awesome! We were here for racing at The Bend, and although we didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the house, it was perfect for our team to stay in. There were 5 spacious, comfortable bedrooms (one which was not in the photos, but was an awesome surprise when we got there with 4 extra single bunk beds, which looked like king singles. Adults could definitely sleep here. There was plenty amenities in the house, and although the weather kept us inside all weekend, the backyard / patio area would have been beautiful to spend some time on! Plenty of parking for cars and trailers, and the host was incredibly helpful! Always responsive, and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever but are confident it wouldn’t have been an issue if we had contacted Andrae during our stay! We would absolutely love to come back, and recommend this house for any occasion - particularly families! 🩷

A great choice to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, fishing or Kayaking. Kids had such a good time, also played lots of tabletennis. Gina and Patrick wre very helpful and great hosts. Cheers Damian

A stunning home with a beautiful outlook onto lake Daylesford. Gorgeous decor and all the little extras you need from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom. A stunning retreat that I would definitely book again

An amazing river front place for a family / friends getaway. True value for money.. Lots of activities for kids and adults - kayaking, Pool table, Table tennis, board games, etc. The 5-star element of the place is the beautiful decking all around the house to view sunrise, sunset and enjoy the river front. The house is clean and well maintained with a really well stocked kitchen and Pantry. The location is easy to get to from Adelaide, beautiful ambience, quiet and serene. The host is amazing and very flexible… My family and guests from overseas even were delighted…we had the best time… I will truly recommend this place to all…And we will surely visit again soon.

This well appointed house has everything. Quality furnishings cookware and crockery. If you forgot something like bandaids etc etc. The place has everthing you have at home. Amazing gardens that show the time and commitment needed to create.

We loved our stay at Noonameena. Our dogs had plenty of room to explore the yard, with a Community Garden a short walk away. Across the road were superb views of the Coorong birdlife, with flights passing by and single birds paddling in the shallows. Many small birds frequented the garden too. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed.

We loved our break. Narelle's place was homely & welcoming. The perfect spot to unwind!

It was great to stay at Kerrin’s cottage. The place has breathtaking views for sunset and is very close to Great Victorian Trail. Absolutely loved staying here.

Had a wonderful stay in the cottage for an anniversary. Great location by some beautiful state forest. Very cozy spending time by the fireplace.

This property is such a unique and beautiful stay. The home itself is very cosy with a fenced backyard and open space adjacent to the lake which was so peaceful and serene. Our dogs loved having all the space to run around and swim in the lake which also had access to kayaks. The location was perfect for our stay with Berri and some great restaurants a short drive and walking trails around the river. We loved our stay and exploring the Riverland region and would highly recommend!

Excellent experience and very peaceful. Lisa went above and beyond over my expectations. Left homemade baked treats for me on the kitchen table. offered to change linens after having to extend my stay. Kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Approved my request to extend my stay promptly. If you spend a lot of time in cities I encourage you to step outside at night and take in the incredible view of the stars and sky. PS be very careful driving towards Tumbarumba especially after dark the animals are out and everywhere however it is a nice little drive when you hit the canyon!

The Jetty Hut is a great stay for a two person getaway. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The surroundings are extremely calm and relaxing, with the extra bonus of the beautiful lake and supplied kayaks.

Elbert’s place was fantastic, amazing get away from the city - Elbert had the fire going and the pizza oven all set up and ready to go. The Cottage is cozy and warm in the winter weather, we would highly recommend a weekend getaway at Elbert’s Cottage. Thanks for a wonderful Stay

It is hard to believe that Denice will have been running this B&B for 20 years in September. Denice's hospitality reminded me of B&Bs I stayed in when travelling in Scotland. She is thoughtful and generous. The house is spotless. The afternoon of our arrival we called in to Cooring Wild Seafood wholesalers and bought delicious Coorong mullet for our dinner. In the morning we visited the Meningie Museum which is worth a visit. We would love to return.

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. It's close enough for an easy drive, lovely scenery, and a very comfortable place to stay. Lancefield was the closest town which had all of the the food and restaurant options we could use. The bed was fantastic, and there were extra blankets, towels, and enough cutlery and crockery for a couple of people on a weekend away. We had tea, coffee, and very kindly some fruit and biscuits for us on arrival which made it feel right at home. The property is listed as pet friendly, and it's so well organised for the pup that we had everything at hand that we needed including towels to keep her dry when it was raining outside. The hot tub was great, and although the weather wasn't fantastic, it was lovely to spend the evening in. I could go on, but if you're reading this, and need a short stay away in the country this is the place to be.

We had such a wonderful stay at Charmaine's riverfront cottage. The location and view of the river were superb, it was such a lovely, tranquil getaway. Having a fire pit was great, especially with the stunning outlook to the river. The walking track (a stone's throw away) leads you to the local pub, bakery, coffee caravan, etc. or the caravan park and boat ramp in the other direction. The cabin was cosy, light, clean and as neat as a button, equipped with all that we needed. Check-in and communication with the host was super straightforward. I'll look forward to staying at the riverfront cabin again :)

Comfortable bed, great views from the balcony, quiet location, fully equipped kitchen. Added bonus of live music in the park on the Saturday night was great.

Amazing location! Incredible set up! Just a beautiful property! The Lake was a low which made it a little hard to access, but we made it work and still caught fish, enjoyed a kayak and plenty of swimming.

What an amazing and cozy little cottage, privately located in the bush, loads of wildlife, I saw deer, roos, wallabys and wombats! Amanda and Rob were extremely accommodating and helpful and have amazing blueberry liqueur which is worth the visit alone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and cosy stay.
