Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Murray River

Thanks Tanja, for a comfortable and pleasant stay at your beautiful house. We had everything we needed and more! The house is well located, so we were able to walk easily (10 mins) to the main street for the great cafes and restaurants in Rutherglen.

Such a cool house, it has so many great things for kids and family’s e.g pool, cubby, bats and balls, water play and a fun kids bedroom. Adam was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay again! Would love another mirror just to make things easier for more than one female getting ready haha

Lovely, new home overlooking the golf course. The age old debate with air bnb’s - make sure you pack the essentials like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder ect - it was inconvenient to head to the supermarket with 6 kids to organise. We did have a lovely time and would stay here again.

Simone was not only an incredible host but also prides herself on presenting a beautiful BnB for her guests. We received personalised messages in the lead up to our stay. Finding and accessing the property was extremely easy and property security is set up in a way that allows all guests to come and go freely without doing a mad pat down for keys every time. The property is immaculate inside with a backyard big enough for our four-legged friends too. The house is spacious and uncluttered, providing everything we needed for our stay. When an issue arose, Simone responded almost immediately and did everything she could to resolve it as quickly as possible for us, continuing to provide updates and checking in throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was also located right next to a playground which is absolutely ideal for families with kids. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to Wagga.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

You both are such wonderful people and it shows in the way you treated us—not just a guests but as friends. Your place was a home away from home indeed. It was comfortable, safe, cosy and well equipped. Spending time with you both was indeed the highlight of our trip. It was like visiting the parents. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. I think my husband teared up a bit to see how our little one just loved you guys. Thank you for all the generous goodies-milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, chocolates, coffee machine, butter and so much more. The apartment was extremely clean with good access to all local sights and transport. Gockan was a great communicator and even granted us a late check out at 2pm due to an international flight we had. We greatly appreciated it.

My parents and I loved our stay at the property. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings in nature. The owners were very welcoming, as was their beautiful dog, who didn’t miss the opportunity to have a stick thrown to him in the creek, a short walk away. A great place to go to rejuvenate and only a short drive to Bright. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Moose Head lodge is an absolutely stunning property. We knew it was going to be beautiful from the photos but walking in we were blown away. We loved the location, it was peaceful with lots of walks close by and towns to explore. We spent our evenings by the fire, stargazing and making pizza. We will absolutely be back with our doggo who had an equally amazing holiday. Thanks very much to Matt and Rachel who were incredible hosts.

great place to stay in NE Victoria. Very well insulated and warm. Well set up for families. Appreciated being able to have our small pup with us. Great spot to stay on Sydney to Melbourne route. I will recommend to other friends and family with small kids and a dog.

The house was clean and uncluttered, David was very lovely to deal with and gave clear check in instructions. Nice and close to the centre of town, yet still waking up to kangaroos around the house, even seeing a deer out the back! Basic, no frills lodging, but cosy and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect retreat.

We had an absolutely amazing time! We felt like we were in a museum, so much to see, indescribable. We loved the bird life while having a bbq. We saw lots of Silo Art and were amazed how dry and quiet it was everywhere. Absolutely peaceful. Thank you Danny!
