lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

The house is impressive! Spacious, and just because of the terrace and its views, it's worth the trip! And there has been air conditioning inside for a long time. Everything was new and clean. The only downside is that the parking space is a little small to park well

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica & John’s. The villa was beautiful, clean & private. There was a beautiful private pool which was spotless. The location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was within a short drive. Monica & John were very friendly and they responded straight away if we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Family of 13, of which 8 adults and 5 children (from 0-6 years), had a fantastic stay in this house and place. The house and outdoor area looked much nicer than the photos in the advertisement. The children had fun in the heated pool, and so did the adults. The outdoor kitchen was in use every day. Walking distance to a great beach, restaurants and playgrounds. We had rented cars, so it was easy to get to Mercadona. Peter responded quickly. Friendly hosts at check-in and check-out. Everyone agreed that they would like to return to the house. Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, outside area was lovely, we got a lot of use from the pool. Would definitely go back , very cosy Lovely evening’s spent with a glass of wine on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Meals ate on the table in the outside area. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of places to walk to this is probably not for you, would need a car but if you want a lovely relaxed family holiday, in a beautiful house and setting, overlooking the salt lakes this is your place.

Just the perfect stay in a very spacious, clean and well-appointed villa. The large terrace with the gorgeous view of a the Mediterranean is unreal. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend.

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We had a great stay. Very good facilities and lovely pool! Quiet location within easy reach of two restaurants on the development and just 20 minutes from the beach and the same to Murcia. Azariah was responsive and a great host.

Our stay at Villa Valerie was everything we had hoped for and more, unfortunately we were only there for a week . The villa was very well equipped and very clean. Myself and my party would not hesitate to book a holiday again at this villa. Thank You jean-Marc

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Beautiful property in the best golf resort! We were very pleased with the complete equipment and the heated pool. Perfect service from Tiene. Thank you very much and I hope to come back soon.

A good house for a group vacation

We were delighted to be hosted by Bettina and Wolfgang. Their home was very well kept, well equipped and as the photographs show. We needed a bolthole for the week for my husband to play golf and for me to unwind. The home met both our needs. The setting was not quite right for us personally, but that is not a reflection on the property itself. The area is very built up and so if you are looking for something with a little more privacy and a view then you may wish to consider other locations. This is the only slight negative we found. For others this will be the perfect location! Good amenities are available locally with an excellent Aldi 1 mile away. Communication was excellent throughout.
